Notes : (i) Design of Communication System shall be done by the bidder. Cloud based server/ data storage/ communication shall not be used and only local server based system shall be designed. (ii) The cost of each item shall also be attached to arrive at pricing in case of some addition/reduction at site. (iii) Operating system, system software and programming shall not be interllectual property of any agency. (iv) The memory in the hard disk shall be suitable for six months data. The backup storage device/devices shall be provided for archiving of data more than six months old. (v) In case of addition of installations, the system shall be capable of integrating the same. (vi) The responsibility of the agency is restricted to intimate mechanical and electrical failures such as failure of pumps, leakages etc. Such repairs shall be carried out by MES. (vii) Operation and maintenance charges to be seperately. (viii) The SCADA system should have provision of both manual and automatic operation of installations.

Note for Maintenance and operations for 10 Years :- (a) Operate SCADA system during Defect Liability Period for two years after completion of work without manning ( Contractor to provide month wise breakdown details of data / information) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (b) Operation and comprehensive mainenance of SCADA systems including cost of spares for 08 years post defect liability period,operation including payment of bills by telecom service provider (Contractor to provide month-wise breakdown details of data / information). all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

NOTE :- COMPONENT OF PAYMENT FOR ITEM NO -1. (a) Sucessfully installation and operation of SCADA on completion of work :- 71.44 % of quoted rate of item No -1, Paymentto be regulated as per clause No 4 (a) of Particular Specification of (Water Supply SCADA) (b) 1st year under defect liability period after completion :- 1.44 % of quoted rate of item No -1.

(c) 2nd year under defect liability period after completion :- 1.44 % of quoted rate of item No -1. (d) 1st year after defect liability period after completion :- 2.85 % of quoted rate of item No -1. (e) 2nd year after defect liability period after completion :- 2.85 % of quoted rate of item No -1.

(f) 3rd year after defect liability period after completion :- 2.85 % of quoted rate of item No -1. (g) 4th year after defect liability period after completion :- 2.85 % of quoted rate of item No -1. (g) 5th year after defect liability period after completion :- 3.57 % of quoted rate of item No -1.

(f) 6th year after defect liability period after completion :- 3.57 % of quoted rate of item No -1. (g) 7th year after defect liability period after completion :- 3.57 % of quoted rate of item No -1. Supply and lowering in borewell, MS ERW IS-4270(2001) Column pipe 150 mm bore 4.8 mm thick in 3 mtr length both end MS flanged 10 mm thick with cut for passing the submersible cable including suitable size of nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Heavy duty chemical Dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution upto 25 LPH working pressure 10 Kg/Cm2 comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP, 1440 RPM assembly with agitator in one motor, agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated of FRP tank 150 Ltrs capacity.complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame complete with painting with anticorrosive paint connecting all item, chemical grade PVC NRV, any pipe, valve alongwith control panel of dosing pump of powder coated MS fabricated box consisting of led indicator, digital volt meter Amp meter, single phase preventor, High voltage low voltage protection. Note:- (i) Complete unit shall be mounted heavy duty MS fabricated frame complete with painting with anticorrosive paint alongwith DOL motor starter for dosing pump, including inlet/ outlet check valve with installation. (ii) Provide original test certificate from manufacturer with ISO 9001-2015 authorised certificates. (iii) Foundation work and pipe line work, gate valve, starter, drilling and welding on main pipe line work etc are inclusive in the quoted rate.
