Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding with Mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 5 above but 6mm to 8mm dia ditto

M & L for brick work using old size fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 200 ml per bag cement by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall incl MS holding clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors of 110 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber joints fixed to wall or laid in floors / trenches with & including existing / new PVC clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier hole foundation etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials to a distance 1.5km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC) of 150mm bore sizes, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) Sewerage HDPE Pipes as per IS 16205 of Size 100 mm internal dia laid in trenches and jointed and tested as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) Sewerage HDPE Pipes as per IS 16205 of Size 150 mm internal dia laid in trenches and jointed and tested as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) with 100 mm thick bedding to drain pipes of 150 bore sizes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tasted; in cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) with 100 mm thick bedding to drain pipes of 100 bore sizes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tasted; in cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 in Surface channel or drains including necessary form works , stops ,moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including necessary forms mould mitred /stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintel up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, bands, coping including weathering, slightly rounded or champhered, angle and throating as directed and other similar work all as specified including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 07 above but except bricks. (Bricks recd from demolition) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering, 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab, shelves and similar articles set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floors & roofs n exc 20cm wide & sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, & similar work exc 10cm but exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 5 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups,apacers and binders -do-

M & L for RCC 1:1.5:3 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone agg as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes/Septic tank/Soakwell for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching for internal dia 100/ 150 mm pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rain water pipes (any size or pattern) incl all fittings, shoes, bends, swan neck etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall incl MS holding clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends,any radius with access door complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying thee coats of white wash in any height of building complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made RCC man hole cover /drain cover with cover frame comprising of 75mm thick cover, including provision of hot dip galvanized lifting hook for lifting overall cover with suitable size angle iron frame, RCC cover of M-30 grade concrete by vibro compression process, medium duty confirming to IS-12592 including fixing on manhole, demolition of existing coverwith cover frame and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The factory made RCC cover shall be ISI marked and as approved.

Removal of debris exc. 1.50 km but not exc. 5 km and depositing where directed at a level complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering of soak well , septic tanks by using mechanical pump diesel driven with fuel operator and crew of water etc at site all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of soak well, septic tanks by way of desludging foreign material manually/mechanically and removal of sludge/silt/liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc, and disposed off outside of MOD premises (at the location notified by the local Municipal Corporation/ Cantt board as per rules of public health), including digging required nos of pits for depositing sludge and future capping the pit with the 25 cm thick layer of soil and sprinkling bleaching powder (including supply of bleaching powder) over the area of ditches with one metre around complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of 150mm bore sewer lines (i.e. branch sewer line, main sewer line) by way of cleaning desludging foreign material as well as roding of sewer line between successive manholes manually/mechanically or pumping out sewage from blocked line including desludging where required and ordered by Engineer-in-Charge and keeping sewer line functional from Ist manhole upto final drop as septic tank, soakage well all as specified and directed .

Cleaning of all manholes upto 3.00 meter depth of any size and removal of sludge/silt/liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc, and disposed off out of MOD premises (at the location notified by the local Municipal Corporation/Cantt board) (as per rules of public health), including digging required nos of pits for depositing sludge and furture capping the pit with the 25 cm thick layer of soil and sprinkling powder ( including supply of bleaching powder) over the area of ditches with one metre around complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of all manholes upto 1.5 meter depth of any size and removal of sludge/silt/liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc, and disposed off out of MOD premises (at the location notified by the local Municipal Corporation/Cantt board) (as per rules of public health), including digging required nos of pits for depositing sludge and furture capping the pit with the 25 cm thick layer of soil and sprinkling powder (including supply of bleaching powder) over the area of ditches with one metre around complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of all blockages of Nahni traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC's, upto 1st manhole/Gully Trap in shafts, vertical CI soil/waste pipe stacks, CI Tee/door bends etc & cleaning of drain pipes of any dia by rodding and removal of sludge/silt/liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc, out of MOD premises (at the location notified by the local Municipal Corporation/Cantt board). To Maintain of internal & external sewage system in functional state at all the time by engaging/deploying minimum One Safaiwala alongwith one Helper from 0900 hours to 1700 hours at Complaint cell of AGE B/R-II area mentioned in the contract on daily basis, with manual/ pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary equipments (as per rules of public health), complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item no-40 to 45 1.The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesel / electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction -cum -jetting machines fitted with pump of required capacity and the sludge sucked out with Super Succer Machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site land at any distance and without any additional cost. 2. The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and without any additional cost , on the same day when it was taken out.The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision . 3. During the mechaized operation , the service provider /Contractor shall be equiped with Gas monitor , nylon rope ladder , torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction / jetting machine . 4. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall interalia deemed into the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising engineer including provision of water for jetting & removal of sludge /silt /liquid /mud & sand (in foul position )etc. 5. The contractor shall engage the above mentioned T & P and intimate to Enginner - In -Charge in writing with Machine No./ Vehicle No. etc for their record and prior approval . 6. A Register shall be maintained showing the Machine No /Vehicle No. and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly sighned by concern JE , Engr -in- charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer .

Dismantling fencing post of any size and any description complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any description complete all as directed

Excavation in post hole (or similar hole) each n exc 0.50 cum, getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer n. exc 25 cm etc and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete filling, etc complete all as specified

S&F for mild steel work as in posts and struts etc in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors / gates / steel frames / chowkats etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete conforming to Grade E - 410 (Fe 250), drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in position complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair galvanised two strand steel barbed wire with 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail strain-ing bolts including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staplesor steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only Chain Link MS galvanized fencing of any size and any type as approved complete all as specified and directed

Fixing Only Chain Link fencing including line wires, any mess, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires, complete all as specified and directed

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar works; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed. Note for all items i.e BOQ item No. 01 to 56 (a) Contractor shall submit the Brochures,pamphlets, literatures,guarantee/warrantee certificates issued by the manufacturers for thenew items supplied and fixed at site as directed by Enginner-in-Charge.
