M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal / Anti Algai properties in two coats not less than 1.79 litre (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1 to 4 :- The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc (e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface of walls and applying one coat of white wash (lime) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash (lime) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for a coat of JK/Birla wall care putty 1mm thick including prepration existing surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying a coat of cement based paint on walls, facia , cornice, chajja upto 16 meter height of the bldg, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing surface and applying two coats of cement based paint upto 16 meter height of the bldg, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with roller on old treated surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of existing surfaces of walls by brush, sand paper, surface repair if required, filling putty in holes etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with roller on new surface of wall with Primer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of New surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on external wall surfaces over a coat of alkali resistance primer on New Surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old treated surface of wall of OH Tank upto height of 12m to 18M and and applying a coat cement based paint including necessary scaffolding/ staging and formwork complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces of walis by scrapping/sand preparing / rubbing and finally washing with watering and applying a coats of exterior emulsion lacyrlic weather proof antifungal paint over a coat of exterior grade arimer upto 16 meter height of the bldg, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing surface and applying a coats of terracotta paint on walls, facia , cornice, chajja upto 16 meter height of the bldg, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old or previously treated surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls/ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as spedified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing or repainting letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic, Indian) exc 15cm but n.exc 30 cm in height and line of letters figures n.exc 2cm wide (Bldg No / Name ) etc with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass, Ordinary quality and glazing in square n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane or glazing with oil glass putty including hacking out old broken glass(any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or steel frame surround complete all as specified and as directed

S&F, in repair galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and avg width of a-pertare 1.40 mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as spedified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick/solid block masonry wall/ concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spedified and as directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and a directed.

Notes for all items (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department. The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (ii) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n.exe 1.00 K m all as directed by engineer -in charge. (iiI) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted shall be deemed to include the same. (v) All windows, joineries, mirrors, fittings, doors etc. shall be covered before painting the surfaces and the same shall be cleaned including cleaning of floors as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, failing which a recovery shall be done from the RAR as decided by Garrison Engineer and the quoted rate is deemed inlusive of these provisions.
