S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet re-inforced with MS square tube, fixing in opening as per specification given as per SSR Part-II section-8 complete all as per specified and directed

M&L for 40 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board 3 core and plywood face panels, commercial type and laminate matt finish on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter of 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail, on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement complete all directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys in scrubbing down and washing with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thcik rendering on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Integral water proofing compound as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thcik rendering on other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:4) including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separetely under relevant item of Sch 'A' given as above)

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall including cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds and efflorescent salt and trading and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash any tint complete all as specified and directed

Ditto all as per item No-25 here in before but one coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall by washing rubbing down and stopping of old distempered surface of wall including cornices etc and 1mm thick of wall care putty as required for levelling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (Oil emulsion any tint) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wood or wood based material of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Complete removal or existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Old plastered surfaces of finishing walls with paint of required shade applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint of having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistace as per IS 15489:2004. Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over Old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Primer and Emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical Means) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti termite treatment alongwith the external wall below concrete/Tiles or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litrs per linear meter including drilling and lpugging holess etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litrs per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging holess 12mm dia holes with cement mortar (1:2) (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti termite treatment at point of contact of wood work by using chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.50 litrs per hole, by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing plugging the same etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes of any size depth not exceeding 1.50m by taking out sludge and burrying the night soil in pits including excavation and earth work for pits complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning by dewatering sludge water from septic tank/soak well through sewage suction truck/tanker of suitable capacity including removing all rubbish slushy water and disposed off out side MOD land as his own descreation of contractor complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The size of tanker/truck and depth of sludge in the each load and truck No shall be entered in MB for arriving unit for payment purposes complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line 100mm dia including manholes by taking out all sludge/night soil burried in a pit to out side to distance not less than 100m and covering top of pit with earth layer 25mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No-37 above but for 150mm dia sewage pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockages from Indian type, European type WC, Nahani/floor/gully traps or between manholes complete by rodding and flushing with watering to obtain smooth flow of sewage complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of complete existing water proofing membrane of any description on roof ( including taking down plaster/Demolition of cement concrete if any) surfaces of any description and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, foreign items etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for high performance hybrid plyurea slastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied of spray/brush applied liquid membrance 1.5kg/sqm with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 12.6 n/sqmm as per ASTM D2370,crack bridging ability of 3.5mm as per ASTM C1305,shore a hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D2240. The system includes final base preparation as per site requirement,epoxy primer application and applying for water proofing treatment in two coats at a coverage of 1kg/sqm etc including repairing and cleaning the adjoining surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L including T&P for petty repairs of Security/Perimeter/road lights in way that checking lights on the poles/bldgs and making functional the lights found unserviceable by checking proper electric supply, either by submain cable,LT Cable and connection cable fault, rectifying fault if any by excavating, taking out cable upto 5 metres either side of pole and returning & filling in includiing insertation for taking any exposed joints of connection cable and new fixing of light shifting of lights by deploying skilled electrician and helper with tools etc cycle or any other fast convence from 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs on working days or in any emercengy on holidays/Sunday complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) All safety tools shall be provided to electrician. (ii) Electrician should be well qualified. (iii) Ladder/ convence minimum cycles shall be provided to employed person. (iv) NO android phone shall be permitted inside Technical area. However contractor provide normal mobile without camera phone to electrician for communication. (v) Defective street light should be deposited in store and if any lights handed over to electrician shall be installed at site. (vi) It complaints/checkings are not attended two consecutive days, recovery will be made @ 1000 per days. (vii) Daily scope of work shall include minimum one techinician & one helper. It may be more in emergengy , contractor adviced to quote rate accordingly.

Dismantling and taking down carefully defective/non fuctional street light fittings from its existing position and refixing the same after repairing/replacement with new of unserviceable spare parts including re-assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Spare parts/component of street light fitting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as "Supply only") given here-in-after.

Dismantling of security street light steel tubular poles/Rail pole of any size embedded in concrete upto bottom of foundation including street light fitting complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, installation and fixing of 7 mtr height truly vertical GFRP/ GI street light decorative octogonal / square pole having bottom 130mm and top 70mm and base plate of size not less than 220mm x 220mm upto 12mm thickness, of any colour (as approved by GE in writing) having capacity to bear with wind speed @150 Km/hr, environmentally friendly aesthetic look. Pole shall be lab tested and have provn of profile light one side for minimum 3 mtr including IP-66 protection in multi colour decorative fancy single arm bracket of suitable size to installed LED street light upto 120 watt, including foundation base plate, nuts and bolts of suitable size etc complete all as specified and directed. Note. Excavation and PCC will be measured & Paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' given here-in-after.

Excavation in trenches not.exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out in hard/ dense soil for erection of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any strata complete all as specified and directed.
