Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding. 5.0 KM and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 500 m but not exceeding 1.5 KM and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by power roller exc 8 tonne and n.exc 12 tonne capacity to required level and gradient & camber etc. including watering when required, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 200mm hard core of broken boulders or quaried stone gauge exc 63 mm but n,exc 100 mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 10 cm thick rolling with power roller exc 8 tonne and n.exc 12 tonne capacity to required level and gradient & camber etc in true surface. including watering when required, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation sub base concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (consolidated thickness) design mix cement concrete M-25 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors/paving finish even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming, while the concrete is green complete all as specified & directed

M&L for forming 20077 20mm thick Expansion joints in 150 mm thick concrete pavement filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A', complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 35mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound of grade 'A', complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for forming Construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound of grade 'A', complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade-II as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

M&L for laying and compacting 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade-II as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75 mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed (The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013)

M&L for preparation of WMM surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose material/dirt etc. all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 with mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with VG-30 graded paving bitumen (4% by weight of total mix) to meet the disired requirement as mentioned in Particular Specification, mixing bitummnious concrete in computerized hot mixing plant, laying and spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by 8 to 10 tonne vibratory road roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- No adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 with mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing bitumen premix semi dense asphatic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in computrized hot mix plant, laid with the by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help of power roller 8 to 10 ton capacity, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) in the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate or procurment rate of paving bitumen VG-30 whichever is more . (iii) No adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used /approved in the execution of work under this item.

M&L for road marking 2 mm thick strips (retro reflective) of approved shade using hot thermoplastic paint by fully/semi automatic applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, heater driven by experienced operator on road surface for centre line, side lines, dashes, arrows, brackets and similar work etc. on road/pavement, lines exc 10 cm width or girth (white or yellow) as per IRC pattern with thermo-plastic paint of approved quality in uniform thickness including cleaning the road surface free from dirt, oil/grease and foreign materials and traffic diversion arrangements required, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Continuous brick edging; using well burnt clay bricks of sub class 'B' (old size) with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying 200 mm dia bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes of 200 mm dia, including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) after they are laid and tested; in, complete all as specified and directed.
