M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with granite, trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity of Bitumen primer of Grade VG-10) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) and filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, laying by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity of Bitumen primer of Grade VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) and filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, laying by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Marking lines, dashes arrows etc of any description nexc 10cm width/girth on road surface with retroreflective colour paint using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm of 2.5mm thick in layer with automatic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank & profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono crystaline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 MCD complete as per manufacturers instruction etc all as specified and directed. S&F of metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red, and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including earthwork & embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactuers instruction etc all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing Speed breaker/bumps heavy duty of size 250mm length, 750mm width and of height 75mm made out of strong weather resistance of sturdy plastic capable to with stand weight of vehicle comprising of segment of colour black/yellow for fixing with steel zinc plated nails complete all as specified and directed. Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells,cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring/path etc, and finishing the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered/endura cement concrete coloured tiles 300x300x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment to match shed of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core of broken stone/boulders of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spreed and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

S&F 100mm unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf /cm² laid in trenches as drain pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of ......contd to item No-22.01

approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type- III of ASTM D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. (Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately.Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Removing excavated material (soil) from site to distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 1.5km depositing where dircted at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
