M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size. laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying to wall or poles or fixing or passing through pipe, in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium multistranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed 16 sqmm nominal cross section 4 core in service connections complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Quoted rates shall be deemded to be including making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe in replacement of XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Quoted rates shall be deemded to be including making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

Supply & fix of cable PVC insulated flexible Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core cut to pieces all as required for connetion with proper thimbles, drawn in existing/new GI pipe fixed to wall or pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, connection & commissioning of LT feeder pillar box outdoor type of size 0.90 x 0.60 x 0.50 Mtr size factory fabricated made out of MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm front door openable with locking arrangement mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm, 1.5 mtr long, 1.0 mtr above ground level and 0.50 mtr embedded in PCC blocks of size 0.30x0.30x0.50 mtr- 04 Nos duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer with 200 amps rated aluminium bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire supply system duly drilled holes and making all cable connection with proper thimbles mounted on epoxy based post insulators including one MCCB 100 Amps 4 pole 415 Volt, 35 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling from insulators and taking down ACSR conductor of any size from HT/LT over head lines and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulator of any type and any size from HT/LT over head lines and fixing other side or depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, cross arms, clamps, supports made of channels or angle section etc including nuts and bolts and setting aside for reuse on the same or new location or depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly including excavation for taking out PCC block breaking of PCC block for taking out MS plate and depositing iron item to MES store yard and removing of PCC from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel poles of any type and any size including excavation for taking out pole, breaking of PCC block with due care and setting aside complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable for protection cable & pipe upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3 mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil and surplus excavated material shall be disposed off from site where directed and specified in EP No 5 of SSR part I 1991 or directed by Engineer-in-charge including testing on completion.

S&F in replacement of weatherproof junction box of size 325x220x150 mm outdoor type made out of thermo polycarbonate to accmmodated 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25x6 mm rating 200 Amps and MCB SP 6 Amps IP-65 with hinged door and triangular locks water proof, shocked proof, rust proof, corrosion free, acid resistance/fire retardent and self extinguishing UV resistance fixed on pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc., including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer on iron/steel parts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and comissioning of automatic street light switch of capacity 8 KW in single phase using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals enclosed in pole / wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54, including mounting arrangement with suitable size of FI clamps 02 Nos with acessories as under including taking down old street light switch complete all as specified and directed. Supply & laying DWC pipe of 38 mm internal and 50 mm outer dia for cable protection in lieu of sand and bricks complete all as specified and directed.
