Complete removing of existing treatment by scrapping with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour.

M&L for water based Premium Acrylic Smooth Exterior Emulsion of approved colour as per new colour scheme/Dove Grey with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up Resistance of Asian Paints Ltd or its equivalent with low VOC less than 50 , Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with performance warranty from Manufacture and instructions including WaterProof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm, of Asian Paints or its equivalent over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and Sanding of the putty surface with Wall Sander as per requirement basis wherever necesarry by skilled labour manually ,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface .Note: work shall be done as per MoU between manufature of paint and their authorised applicator complete all as specified and directed (see note) Notes for Smart Periodicals item No. 150, 153 to 159: (a) Tenderer shall be entered necessary MoU between tenderer and manufacturer of paints and their authorized applicator before quoting the bids and submit the same alongwith performance security of tender. (b) Authorised applicator of paint manufactures shall have valid authorization letter from the manufacturer (minimum regional HQs) issued from start of the said finishing work. The authorization letter needs to also be valid for the complete period of execution. (c) Preparation of plastered or un-plastered surface or removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, ceiling, chajjas, fins, fascias, parapets etc shall be done by using mechanical sander with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the manufacturer. After preparation of surface, written approval shall be obtained from GE before applying primer and further treatment / coat. Building wise stage passing register shall be maintained. (d) Finishes i.e., cement-based paint, oil bound distemper, acrylic water based interior grade primer, interior acrylic emulsion, acrylic water based exterior grade primer, water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion etc to surface of walls, ceiling, chajjas, fins fascias, parapets etc shall be applied using airless spray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length. The spray machine should be reputed manufacturer with pro-guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint & primer usage. (e) This equipment shall be certified by approved manufacturer. (f) The accessories for applying the finishes shall be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of finish on the surface so as to achieve uniform application and quality surface finish.

M&L for rewriting/repainting to existing writing letters or figures not exc 30 cm height in block Roman, Italian or Indian letters including stops, comma, arrows, brackets, dashes etc on sign board (Black or yellow base) including two coats of oil paint over a coat white base synthetic enamel paint, all as directed.
