Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 meter wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for fixing pole/stay assembly and laying/taking out cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand cushioning to UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

M & L for old size ( 25cmx 12.5 cmx 7.5 cm) burn bricks for laying in trenches as cable protection cover with width equal to length of whole brick complete all as specified and as directed

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtr and dispositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 Mtr above the starting point complete as directed.

Returning, filling trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit termination for cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material (Heat shrink type) and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sq mm 3 core and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 13 above but of size120 to 185 Sqmm, 3 core cable.

All as per item No 13 above but of size 240 to 400 Sqmm, 3 core cable.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit termination outdoor type for end termination joint complete with jointing material (Heat shrink type) and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm 3 core and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit termination outdoor type for end termination joint complete with jointing material (Heat shrink type) and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 to 300 Sqmm, 3 core and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for boaring in any type of soil by trenchless technology machine method under road 1.5/2.0 Mtr below the top surface of road complete for passing through 100/200 mm dia GI pipe and filling earth after laying of pipe including disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE :- Pipe will be measured and paid for separatily. Any damage to existing cables of any type will made good by the tenderer without any extra payment.

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles/ walls (suitable size iron clamps with nuts, bolts & washers) under road crossing of size 100 mm bore etc including dismantling and taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles/ walls (suitable size iron clamps with nuts, bolts & washers) under road crossing of size 150 mm bore etc including dismantling and taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of removing of cable duct cover for passing of XLPE cable after taking/passing of XLPE cable refixing cable duct cover in same position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for monthaly cleaning of entire indoor sub station building (area up to 250 Sqm) inside wall, cleaning floor and out side wall, plinth protection with suitable brush/broom/wiper removing wild vegitation arround sub station building complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- If cleaning not carried out as per the given time double panalty of the quoted rate shall be recover from the contractor.

Material & labour for cutting/cleaning of wild vegitation and trimming of tree etc in and arround outdoor electric installetions including disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 500 Mtr out side the installation and carryout every alternate 30 days for the installations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 32 X 6mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or of steel, earth lead protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade watering pipe 20mm dia GI light grade GI wire messed funnel, alternative layer of charcoal and salt, PCC chamber, recessed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation and earth work, earth strips connected to HT/LT equipment testing the earthing after completion all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Pt- I 2009 print, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- GI earth strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 Mtr long measured and paid separately

M& L for copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm all as specified and directed .

M& L for GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm all as specified and directed .

S&F, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (Heavy Duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 8 core 1100 volt grade incluiding use of proper thimbles/lugs as in duct, trenches, cable tray or fixing on wall/pole etc including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 33 above but 2.5 Sqmm 4 core 1100 volt grade.

M&L for excavation of LT cabel loops of two cable near street light pole, taking up loops, testing LT cabel by meggering, cutting damaged cable piece, fixing new lugs/thimble and LT cabel joint as per existing cable size, connecting cabel to cable loop box complete all as specified and as directed by executives. Note; Rate of lugs/thimble, LT cable joint of size not more than 35 sqmm x 3.5 and other nut/bolts and T & P should be included the rate quoted.

M&L for repair to cable loop box by replacing cable connections as per existing size, replacement of MCB SP 6 Amp, derusting and painting as per existing color, complete all as per specified and as directed by executives.

M&L for preparation of rusted /decayed steel surface of existing LT panel/feeder pillar box and appying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) and writing panel/feeder pillar number complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for painting to surfaces of existing Steel tubular pole 9.0/11.0 mtr long with attached accessories (cross arms, clamps, GI protection pipe etc) with two coat of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces including painting to poles with two coats black & white paints in straps 5 x 30cm alternatively all round the poles from the bottom complete all as specified & directed. Note: Measurement shall be done with pole number.

S&F thermoplastic, polystyrene unbreakable junction box size 155 x 210 x 92 mm suitable for pole mounted outdoor type IP 65 insulated complete with FI clamp & nut, bolts, washers and including resin type terminal block heavy duty suitable for ring lugs with phase seperators between R, Y, B, N terminals and one MCB SP 6 amp 10 KA, all duly mounted on din cannel, cable glands for cable entry incl GI double clamp made out of 25x4 mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F insulated unsheathed PVC ,FRLS,three core stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm x 2 +1.5 sqmm for earth contuinity conductor drawn through steel conduit pipe of medium grade fixed to pole with fixing arrangement, working voltage 1100 volts grade, 50 Hz conforming to IS-694 from junction box to street light fitting or for OH connections complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.
