Taking down existing sub main wiring of any type and description including removal of teak wood batten/pipe etc complete.

M/L for point wiring concealed type with 1.5sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed single core multithreaded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade incl 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drown through in and incl FRLS PVC rigid conduit not less than 20 mm dia with its accessories pressed steel terminal box incl 3mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet cover for fixing switches/socket/regulators etc for the following: Wire: Make -Mescab/Polycab/KEI/Havells/Finolex PVC conduit: Make -Polycab/Precision/Plaza/Kalinga Note:- (i) On RCC ceiling/column, false ceiling, AC/Metallic Sheet ceiling wiring done on surface with conduit/PVC Casing capping and its accessories. (ii) Cutting of wall, floor, PCC work and white wash for making of good to disturbed surfaces shall be included in the rate quated.

One light/fan/bell point controlled by one No piano type switch 5 Amps single pole one way

One socket outlet 5/3 pin 6 AMPS controlled by one switch on the same board.

One socket outlet 5/3 pin 6 AMPS controlled by one switch on independent board.

All as per item NO 5 above but 3 pin socket out let 15/16 Amps on the independent Board all as spfd with single core unsheathed PVC insulated cable multistranded copper conductor of size 4 sq mm for phase & neutral & 4 sq mm for earth continuity conductor.

Note :- (i) Disconnection of Geyser and fans from electric source, inspection of problem, taking down to ground, and transportation from site to market for repair/brazing will be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor without incurring any extra cost to the department. (ii) Srl Item No 11 and 12 will be issue under Schedule ,B, free for fixing only. (iii) Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
