Disconnecting electrically incomming and outgoing LT UG cable of LT panel of any size and replace burn/unsv suitable size of aluminium bus bar, Welding work for hinges and doors, fixing the locking arrangement including scraping outdoor / indoor sides of LT Panel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (seimens grey spray) over one coat of red oxide primer and reconnecting LT UG cable with fixing aluminium lugs by using crimping tool, nut, bolt, washer etc and all necessary work required for smooth functioning of LT panel complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, suction sweeper stainless steel not less than 3 feet long comprising 600mm suction head spring loaded twin brush with PVC wheels and fiber squeezer complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, Nylon-Rope of size 20 mm dia for suction sweeper, complete all specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement, 50 mm connection adjustable floor inlet flower type with flow rate of 50 m3/ hr made in white ABS with multiple flow UV protected suitable for swimming pool floor and diving pool floor including GI socket of suitable size and dismantling of old floor inlet and GI socket and cleaning of surface of swimming pool floor and diving pool floor with suitable chemicals after draining out all water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: All types of T&P including dismantling of old floor inlet and fixing required at site shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost element of the same shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

M&L in replacement, multigrade sand media from pressure sand filter sectional mesh type multi graded complete including taking out old media and cleaning of filter tank with suitable chemicals complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) All types of T&P and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost element of the same shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (ii) The contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the installation at appropriate location upto 50 mtr as directed by Engr-in-Charge]

M&L for repair and maintenance of defective Centrifugal motor pump any make & model of capacity upto 2.5 HP of suction sweeper including required repairing like motor rewinding, replacement of minor spares like Motor bearing, Gland packing, Fan motor blade, Packing paper, Water seal, Starting Coil, Motor housing, S.S . sleeve repairing on Lathe, Impeller Brass, Gun Metal Bush, Rubber Coupling Set, Rubber bush, Rubber gasket, nut bolt & any other minor connected items and testing after repairing including painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: All types of T&P including dismantling and fixing required at site shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost element of the same shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

Note: All types of T&P including dismantling and fixing required at site shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost element of the same shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

M&L for fixing of DOL starter three phase 415 Volt for 7.5 HP electric motor with relay range 2.5-4.2 Amp including all fixing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair and maintenance of submersible pump set any make & model of capacity upto 45 HP including required repairing if any like motor rewinding, replacement of minor spares like CI/ MS bowl (As per existing size), stainless steel shaft with key, stainless steel sleeve, sand guard, impeller lock with key, neck ring (as per existing size and type), stainless Steel thrust bearing, carbon plate, gun Metal bush, rubber bush, upper housing, lower housing, housing & sleeve repairing on Lathe, rubber gasket, nut bolt, painting and testing after servicing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) All type of T&P like chain pully block etc and lifting and lowering of motor pump along with column pipe,submersible cable from deep borewell out required at site will be arranged by the contractor and the cost element of the sameshall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (ii) New submersible cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling defective chlorination reciprocating plant of any make & model of pressure rating 10 Kg/cm2 and discharge upto 6 LPH, repairing the same including replacing old unserviceable parts and re-assembling and testing after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) All the spares required for repair shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only rates.
