Supply & fix rotory stepped type electronic fan regulator mini flush type 100 watt 230 Volts complete all as specified & directed.Make: Anchor Cat No.38284/38660 or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix electrical bell model city ding dong (Ding dong type) AC, 230 Volts complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Anchor / Cona / Plaza as approved by GE from list of makes.

M&L for provision of sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, mutistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm drawn in and including rigid PVC rigid conduit medium grade not less than 20mm dia with its accessories, concealed type, including one run of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, solid copper conductor cable of size 1.5sqmm as earth continuity and cutting chases as per standard engineering practice & making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified & directed.Notes:- (i) Finished sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0 sqmm cable & one run of 1.5 sqmm cable alongwith PVC conduit including its accessories shall be measured and paid one unit length. (ii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles.

(ii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles.

Supply and fix MCB DB 4 way sheet metal enclosure triple pole and neutral 415 volts with 200 standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link and earth bar all enclosed on standard steel sheet flush mouting type double door factory fabricated complete without MCB but with enclosue blank plate complete all as specified and directed .Make:- Legrand CAT No.5076 70 or equivalent model of make Siemens/ Schneider as approved by GE from approve list of make.

Fixing only LED 20 watt tube rod in existing fittings in replacement with existing unserviceable flourescent tube and choke connecting up with & including twin twisted copper flexible wire from ceiling rose to fittings complete all as specified & directed. Note:- LED 20 watt LED tube rod shall be issued under Sch"B" free for fixing.

M&L for earthing in replacement complete with galvansided steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M below the normal ground level, GI wire 4.0mm dia from earth plate/ electrode to test point (upto max distance of 7.50M is included in unit rate) and connected to earth plate & earth test point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 15mm bore GI pipe medium grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing wire, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.63 mm) 8 mesh per linear incl 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS deformed bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS bolts & washers as required and connection from DB to earth electrode with same GI wire alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI wire along with protection pipe from earth electrode to DB max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate as quoted by the contractor.
