Demolition brick tile/cement concrete tiles / APP membrance by using hand held electric drills, cutting machine, chisels etc (direct use of hammers on RCC roof for demolition is strcitly prohibited) of roof treatment including padding concrete of any description including mud in roof any thickness with and including roughening old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4 ) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding, coping, roof kerb incl hunching, benching etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick in CM(1:3) rendering on fair faces concrete surfaces/roof top mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Make Dr. Fixit or equivalent.

M & L preparation of newly plastered sufaces of roof including cleaning the surfaces by using wire brush / pressure hose and applying high performance polyurethene liquid membrane waterproofing coating cold applied in two coats @ 1.5Kg /Sqm/ 2 coats spray/ brush applied, with an elongation of 300% to 700% and tensile strength of not less than 3 N/Sqmm as per ASTM D412 and ASTM D2370, crack bridging abiltity of 3.5mm as per ASTM C1305, shore a hardness of not less than 60 as per ASTM D2240. The item includes applying epoxy primer @ 0.15Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet, complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The contractor shall submit a gurantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for waterproofing treatment alongwith manufacturer's gurantee. The amount of Rs. 40 ( Forty ) per Sqm and min of Rs. 4000/- for waterproofing treatment shall be withheld from contractor's final bill till the expiry of gurantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE(I) Kanpur against guarantee money. 2. The water proofing shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer. The name of applicator shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work.

M&L water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP modified polymeric membrane thickness not less than 3 mm plain membrane (weight of membrane not less than 3.50 Kg +/- 5% per Sqm) and weight of centre core polyster mat shall be 160 gram +/- 15% per Sqm and lower side finished with 10 to 15 micron thermo fusible polyethylene complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following courses of descriptions below :- (a)The surface of roof, parapet and gutters and drains mouth etc over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be thoroughly cleaned of all foreign matter, moss dust etc by wire-brushing and dusting. For cast iron/PVC drains outlets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angles-fillets provided at junctions between roofs and verticals faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipe, chimney stacks etc and other similar situation to ease up about corners. (b) On the prepared surface one coat of Solvent based bituminous primer (Sika® WP shield Primer or other techno commercially Equivalent make of STP/IWL ) shall be applied @ 0.35 to 0.50 Kg/sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. The time delay of laying of membrane after application of primer shall be as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Laying of polymeric waterproofing membrane and bonded completely to the substrate & the overlaps are then sealed /fused by flame torch as per manufacturer instructions. (d) The overlaps shall be of minimum 4 Inch (100 mm) side lap and 150mm at end ,sealed by the flame-torch. Note : 1. The contractor shall submit a gurantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for waterproofing treatment alongwith manufacturer's gurantee. The amount of Rs. 25 (Twenty Five) per Sqm and min of Rs. 4000/- for waterproofing treatment shall be withheld from contractor's final bill till the expiry of gurantee period. M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium primer on membrane, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick tiles 40mm thick with min flexural strength 1.5 N/Sqmm set, joints grouted flush in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufactur instruction over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 , ponding test shall be done after laying of tiles complete all as specified and directed. (Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unframed work timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws of required size and dia complete all as specified & directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture with semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Noncombustable as per BS 476 (part 4) - 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) including and to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of not dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ARMSTRONG SILHOUETTE EXPOSED GRID. The grid shoud be of Armstrong make 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200 x 600mm module, cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees. The 1200mm cross tees to have central "birdsmouth" notches to facilitate fitting of 600mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles, secured to walls at 450mm maximum centres. Hangers made of galvanised steel of size 26x26x25x1.2mm with a galvanised thickness of 80 grm/Sqm. A pre straightened hanger wire of dia 2.68mm of 1.83m length , thickness of 80grm/Sqm and a tensile strength of 344 - 413 MPa, alongwith adjustable hook clips of 0.8mm thick, galvanised spring steel for 2.68mm with a minimum pull strength of 110 Kg. The adjustable clip also consists of a 3.5 mm aquiline wire to be used with the main runner complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 8mm thick gypsum board PVC laiminated ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm , fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work as in ceiling, with / without screws, having RH-95%, light reflectance 0.82 - 0.85 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of concrete by chiselling from RCC members like col, beam, parapet, facia, ceiling etc exposing the reinforcement without disturbing the reinforcement and get free from rust by sand blasting providing at places addl reinforcement welding with existing reiforcement as directed wherever required binding with welded mesh 100 mmx100mm (12 gauge welded mesh) & tack welding and primed with using Araldite epoxy resins ( manufactured by M/s Ciba Geigy Ltd/ FAIR BOND EP/Sika or other approved manufacture) & provision of guniting pressure 2 to 3 Kg/Sqm with admixer 1 cement 3 sand mixed Dr fixit Pidicrete SC plasticiser (2 to 10% by weight of cement) of thickness 40mm average including stripping, floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control inclusing necessary form work & scaffolding up to Three storey complete and surface of guniting to be finished fair and even with and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 with water proffing compound @3% by weight of cement, cleaning & removing of waste material etc as directed at site including necessary painting,white wash, distemper/ exterior acrylic emulsion).All surrounding wall, joineries and fitting should be covered with polythene sheet by contractor while work. (Any wall, floor,fittings and roof damaged by the contractor shall be repaired/change by contractor under same item and no extra payment will be paid to contractoron this account complete all as specified and directed. Note: Welded mesh & addl reinforcement if required measured and paid separetly.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bar 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, binding wire (0.9mm dia annealed ) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric weight n exc 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

The surface to be washed with clean water and left to dry for 3 to 4 hours before application of further treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Applying , one component penetrative-cum-film forming interior waterproofing solution, with negative hydrostatic resistance upto 4 bar, with forced coverage of 350 ml per Sqm single coat using brush or roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Applying, two components acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating on new masonry surfaces devoid of plaster, with Hydrostatic resistance upto 5 bars with forced coverage of 1.75 Kg per Sqm in two coats using roller or brush with a gap of 4 to 6 hrs between the coats. The coats to be applied shall be perpendicular to each other complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Coverage is to be strictly maintained for film formation.
