M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surface in roads path etc, cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces using heavy duty air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 05 Kg/10 Sqm over existing surfaces using paving bitumen VG-10 by mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete(SDAC) with 5.5% binder content ( VG-30) by weight to total mix, Mixed in automatic hot mix plant, laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5%, the same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design, the same shall be regularised as per actual mix design with minus price adjustment for less bitumen at market rate at the time of execution. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrow etc. and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads with hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 50 dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly power coated and thermo plastic elastomeric 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil for fixing and including size (150mmx 150mmx300mm) embedding in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair cat eye solar road reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mmx 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No DA972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of existing size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F in repair plastic speed bump of ABS material speed breaker/rubber rumbler of size L 250 mm x W 350mm x H 50mm fixed with metallic bolt of suitable size embedded in epoxy as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Holes in road shall be drilled with drill machine and necessary cleaning of hole shall be done with blower prior to install the road stud.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 5.00 km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the staring point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100 mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of paving complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing surface to concrete roads, pavements, by brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 20 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.
