Horizontal boring in soft/loose soil/under roads of any width by manual arrangements for inserting GI pipe up to 100mm bore for passing cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & laying 80mm dia bore steel tubing, galvanized light grade bores, for passing LT/HT cable under road or PCC floor or fixed on wall/on pole or drain etc or whenever protection is required including necessary clamps and nut bolts with GI fitting complete all as directed and specified.

Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing 16 Sqmm 4 Core LT underground cable 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi stranded aluminium conductor all as per IS 7098(Part-I) 1998, laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or on poles etc including cable gland, cable lugs, jointing, supporting clamp complete etc of the under mentioned type and sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & installation and testing & Commissining CPRI approved outdoor cubical type IP 54, LT feeder pillar box suiable for 415 V, 3 phase 50 Hz , AC supply system, dust,weather & vermin proof, made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated with 7 tank process,TPN copper busbars of rating 250 Amp Cap.Bottom base channel of MS section not less then 45mmx45mmx5mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25mm x5mm at the rear with 2 no earth stud,double door both side opening single door system lockable/openable by key from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers. cable entry with glands, foundation/grouting on & including PCC as per site requirement with the following :- (a) Bus bar electrolytic grade copper and supported on Non-hygroscopic, non carbonising, corrosion resistance SMC insulator 250 Amp,4 pole, not less then 45 CM long mounted on insulators for incoming supply - 1 Set (Set of 4 strips) (b) Phase indicator lamp RYB LED type - 1 Set (Set of three). (c) Digital Voltmeter & Ammeter - 02 Nos (d) CT of suitable ratio (Set of three) Incoming: (a) MCCB 160 Amp, 415V, 50 Hz, FP, 25 kA, Ics= 100% Icu fixed type Note :- (i) Panel shall be installed at least 60 cm above ground (ii) All civil/electrical work & material is deemed to be included in the quoted rates (iii) Drawing of Lt feeder panel shall be got approved from AGE(I). (iv) panel shall confirm to IEC - 61439 updated to date.

Dismantling existing earthing of any description and M&L for new Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level. Earthing plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with GI strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles at one end and the other end connected to main switch board and protected by 40mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe. Provision of 20mm dia bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. The pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earthing pit and then taken horizontally to the equipment. Provisionn of cement concrete chamber of iinternal size 300x300x300mm with PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), constructed at 1.00 m metre away from edge of earthing pit with 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C including all necessary earthwork in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009) and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The unit rate includes earthing strip and protection pipe upto maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate, earth point / test point. (b) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Disconnecting and removing old unsv panel and Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT Panel Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. Shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable frame work/ support made out of MS section of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm, front opening type with space for cable entry from back side of the panel with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm complete, grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation of approprite size including connections of all out going / incoming existing cables of any size by drawing /digging out cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size of copper lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary brick foundation with plastering to the Panel board complete taking out old skeleton type panel with control switches all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The scope of work also comprising the following:- BUS BAR CHAMBER :- (a) 600 Amps insulated copper strip of length not less than 60 cm and suitable size of strip for 03 phase and neutral, with color coded heat shrinkable sleave and shall be mounted on non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength DMC material, interconnection of all incomings & outgoings. INSTRUMENT CHAMBER :- (i) Digital Volt Meter, 96X96mm, flush type rated 0-500V, with Volt meter push button type- 01 Set. (ii) Digital Amp Meter, 96X96mm, flush type rated 0-300A, with Amp meter push button type- 01 Set. (iii) C.T's of suitable ratio (Set of three) (iv) Red,Yellow,Green Phase indicating Lights LED type 220V AC- 1 Set. (Set of three). Make of Metering Accessories :- L&T/ AE/ Trinity/ Schneider or equivalent as approved. INCOMING SUPPLY :- (i) MCCB 400 Amps 36 KA , ICS 100% of ICU, 0.8 ln to 1 ln, 4 Pole with Thermal Magnetic trip, adjustable type overoad setting, 415 volts , frequency 50Hz,=01 No OUTGOING SUPPLY :- (i) MCCB 250 Amps 25 KA , 4 Pole fied type, 415 volts , 50Hz,=02 No., (ii) MCCB 160 Amps 25 KA , 4 pole, fixed type, 415 volts , 50Hz,=02No. (iii)MCCB 100 Amps 16 KA , 4 pole, fixed type, 415 volts , 50Hz,=02No. Make of MCCB:-L&T/ Siemens / Legrand or equivalent as approved. Note :- The panel manufacturer should have following Govt. Approved Certificates: (a) Panel shall be installed at least 45 cm above ground (b) All civil/electrical work & material is deemed to be included in the quoted rates (c) Drawing of panel shall be got approved from GE. (d) Panel shall confirm to IEC - 61439 updated to date. (e) All MCCB's shall be employ Ics= 100% of Icu
