Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering including ridges, hips, valleys etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets retrived from serial item No 16.00 here-in-before fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6mm thick retrived from serial item No 16.00 here-in-before fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roofs, walls etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (AZ-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as per IS 15965: 2012 in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (AZ-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as per IS 15965: 2012 as in ridges, hips, valley gutters etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings (framed work) 40sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel work of angle, channel, tee, tubes, Hollow section etc as in trussess, purlins, vetical posts including special shaped washer, angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates, base/bearing plates, bolts and nuts etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to 1161-1979 grade st 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605 mm x 605 mm in true horizontal level, hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 mm X 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 mm X 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 mm X 600 mm and wall angle of size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 mm X 37 mm X 25 mm X 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 mm X 30 mm X 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint for all hights complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building board having fire resistance & moisture resistance properties and fixed on aluminium grid with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hollow PVC wall lining and solid PVC partion consisting of 5mm thick plain coloured PVC Sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors, sub bases, floors and paving etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequred Cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 20cm x 20cm x 22mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non skid cermic ENDURA coloured tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc. 0.11 Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm factory made chamfered edge precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of M-30 grade with approved colour design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns or light traffic ways of required strength made by table vibratory method using PU mould laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacted and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver block into the sand bedding layer through vibratory required compaction by using plate vibrator filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per rquired size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of roof treatment including PCC/ Brick Tiles, Mud phuska PCC padding, plastering, APP membrane complete treatment of any thicknesss and in any position and removing the demolished material out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bitumen felt water proofing treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.00kg/sqm and minimum thickness 3mm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (but not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over and including cold bitumen primer applied @ 0.30 Kg/sqm by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding to achieve the required slope and in benching, coping etc. mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finished even & fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for machine pressed cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and filling the joints with tile mix premium cementitious grout material of JK cement or its equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work using old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectagular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item serial No 42.00 here-in-before but as on vertical surfaces laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item serial No 44.00 here-in-before but as on vertical surfaces laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles as on vertical surface of size 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
