Taking down any type of detector and refixing the same in existing position after properly cleaning with the help of air blower complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : All T&P like ladder, air blower etc shall be provided by contractor and nothing extra shall be payable to contractor on this account.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured LT control cable FRLSH multistranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 2.50 Sqmm 4 core as per IS 7098 (Part I) 1988 including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing AFO (Auto fire off) plastic fire extinguisher ball (orange colour) which can self active in the presence of fire, active within 3 to 5 seconds upon reaching the appropriate temeprature and extinguish the fire, maintenance free for period 5 years completely harmless to the human body, area cover 360 degree angle, area of about 70 to 80 sqft, which can be extinguish three classes of fire (solid, Liquid and electrical classes), weight 1.50 Kg, 100% eco friendly, 100% bio-degradable along with fixing on wall accessories including taking down old unsv extinguisher complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Eco fire ABC powder type 6 Kg fire extinguisher (red and black) effective for all type of fire with wall mounted hook, ISI/ BIS marked, ISO & CE certified, multipurpose use with 5 year warranty portable including taking down old unsv extinguisher complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Eco fire ABC powder type 9 Kg fire extinguisher (red and black) effective for all type of fire with wall mount hook, ISI/ BIS marked, ISO & CE certified multipurpose use with 5 year warranty portable including taking down old unsv extinguisher complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, foundation, etc or for shaft well, cesspits, manholes, pireholes, etc not exc 10 Sqm plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested,poles, stays, struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning(dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection with layer of 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand layers shall be measured and paid.

M&L for laying of old size sub class B well burnt Brick laid dry flat in trenches over the cable for protection complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only old size sub class B well burnt Brick laid dry flat in trenches over the cable for protection. Note: serviceable old size sub class B well burnt Bricks obtained from item No taking down old cable from item no 19, 31 & 32 shall be reused.

Material & labour for cutting /boring to plinth protection/ hard standing / road etc in suitable depth to cross the GI pipe size upto 80 mm dia of bore for drawn through XLPE under ground cable for giving mechanical protection to cable complete all as directed. (Note : Quoted rate shall be included the cost of required material for repairing to disturbed surface complete all as per existing site and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for galvanised water tubing light grade 50 mm dia of bore with fix with pole/ surface of wall / laid in trench etc as site using 02 Nos clamp made out by GI strip in size 25x4 mm with nut bolt and washer etc including taking down old tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, connecting and testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed cable 1100V grade, conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) of 1988, screened PVC bedded, armoured electric power cable, heavy duty multi-stranded aluminium conductor grade cross section area 3.5 core 50 Sqmm (earthed) complete all as specified, laid in trenches / fixed on walls/poles, passing through pipes, etc. including end terminal / cable glands including taking out/down old unserviceable cable and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes: Note: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Supply, laying, jointing, connecting and testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed cable 1100V grade, conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) of 1988, screened PVC bedded, armoured electric power cable, heavy duty multi-stranded aluminium conductor grade cross section area 3.5 core 70 Sqmm (earthed) complete all as specified, laid in trenches / fixed on walls/poles, passing through pipes, etc. including end terminal / cable glands including taking out/down old unserviceable cable and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes: Note: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Taking down old foam of fire extinguisher and refilling of ABC powder type, CO2 fire extinguisher, foam type fire in extinguisher cylinder complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Contractor shall provide all safety equipment to the person which is refill the Cylinder)

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead using connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.

Item no 34 contd.... (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.50m GI pipe and earth lead wire for protection of earth wire/strip. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.
