M&L for sofa cushion complete as per size and shape shown on drawing with 40 dennsity PU foam of size 22”X21”X100/95mm (Make: Sleepwell, Product-Cool Gel-S / Godrej) with upholstery of tapestry cloth of range not less than Rs 450/- per mtr as per sample, colour / shade & quality to be approved by AGE (I) and providing a chain of best quality (at either sides of 21" side) of make YKK with two runners at both ends complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparing old polised wooden surfaces of Sofa set 04 / 05 seater including removing existing polish by scrapping and smoothening surfaces as required, washing down with caustic soda, making good depressions with wax wherever required before polishing and applying two or more coats of melamine polish with spray machine to give smooth and glossy finish complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy GI Pipe : General Condition for Repair of Charpoy GI Pipe :- (a) Removal of following existing unserviceable wooden components of various MES F/DB/FD/MAP furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing, providing hinges, placing everypart in-tact the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drawings complete all as specified and directed. (b) The work shall be executed where the furniture exist in different user units under AGE (I) Ayodhya including BS Furniture Yard complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement, 12 mm thick plywood top BWP grade (Make - Century ply / Greenply / Archidply) with beading all around as per existing shape and size, fixed with 10 Nos sunken nut / bolts by drilling holes of appropriate size with elecrtic drill machine all as shown on drawing complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacemet, long rail of 32 mm dia medium grade GI pipe ISI Marked all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable short rail of charpoy GI pipe 32mm bore but "except pipe" including cutting threading etc as required and directed. Note : Old GI pipe retrieved from replacement of long rail shall be reused to convert into short rails.

Replacement of unservicable legs of charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia but "except pipe" including cutting to size, threading etc as required and directed with & including bottom plug made of Sal wood and flat iron clamp 02 Nos for MNF set duly painted with two coats of black paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old GI pipe retrieved from replacement of long / short rails shall be reused to convert into legs.

S&F in replacement, GI 3 way elbow 32 mm dia, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, 32mm dia size check nuts, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spot welding work in repairs (not exc 2.5 cm in length and 6mm in thickness) wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chair Verandah Drawing No. (FD/E6/ MAP/11, FD/MAP-II/06, FD-359,256) S&F in replacement, 19mm dia 16 gauge MS conduite pipe forming part of chair verandah complete all as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for welding of joints of 19/20mm MS tube leg & other joints of chair verandah as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, hard rubber shoes as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable PVC seat frame from chair verandah MAP and S&F new seat and back frame complete as shown on drawing and directed by by Engr-in-Charge.
