M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick work / cement concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in PCC padding over Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing,chajjas and similar suspended work.incl removing of AAP membrane & preparation of surface by brusing and washing down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type-B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC paddind over roofs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg/sqm black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with thermo finish (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over compatible bitumen primer @0 .30 liters per sqm and bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm with help of torching with a proplyne or a butane gas using torch with minimum overlap of 75mm at side and 100mm at ends and sealing including applying a coat of bitumen primer & bitumen 85/25 applied hot all as per manufacturer instructuions. For parapet in a groove (No separate payment will be made and measurement will be done for horizontal surfaces) including applying a coat of heat repallant bitumen aluminium paint @ 0 .1 liter per Sqm on topof treated surface of roof complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe 410 - w (Gde-E-250) quality A, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated or semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation oards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specifiedand directed

M&L for false ceiling made out of E-board classic of size 600 x 600 x 4 mm thick, GI frame consisting of main Tee of size 38.50 x 24.00 mm and cross Tee of size 28.50 x 24.00 mm thick made out of PGI sheet 0.30 mm thick doubled at web and single at flange, flange covered with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and angle 24.00 x 24.00 x0.4 mm thick powder coated suspended with GI wire 3 mm dia and up to 2 Mtrs long complete including plugging fixing of angle to brick walls with steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm c/c and applying two coats of Oil Bound distemper to the ceiling board complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of loose concrete & demolition of RCC, if required, upto 100mm thick as in facias,chajja,parapet,roof projection etc,taking out/cutting degraded/rusted reinforcement.Fixing of MS TMT bars upto 10mm dia including cutting binding & welding to the existing reinforcement.Recasting of facia,chajjas,roof projection,parapet etc using RCC (1:1.5:3) type AO using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary formwork complete all as spd & directed. Note:- 1. Supply only TMT bars shall be paid under Ser Item No 18 2:-Repair to facia chajjas,parapet & roof projection etc against this item will be carried out at Ground floor,1st floor, 2nd Floor & 3rd Floor level. 3:-Epoxy primer @0.50 Kg/sqm (fosrock shall be applied at junction of old & new concrete. 4:-Recasted portion of facia,chajja,parapet,roof projection etc shall be plastered in CM 1:3 and cement base paint/exterior emulsion shall be applied over primer to match with the exiting surface. Cost of this is deemed to be included in Seh A Item No 16 above.

Ditto as Item 16 above but thickness of slab,roof projection,parapet exc 100mm but n.exc 150mm. Note:- 1. Supply only TMT bars shall be paid under Ser Item No 18 2:-Repair to facia chajjas,parapet & roof projection etc against this item will be carried out at Ground floor,1st floor,2nd Floor & 3rd Floor level. 3:-Epoxy primer @0.50 Kg/sqm (fosrock shall be applied at junction of old & new concrete. 4:-Recasted portion of facia,chajja,parapet,roof projection etc shall be plastered in CM 1:3 and cement base paint/exterior emulsion shall be applied over primer to match with the exiting surface. Cost of this is deemed to be included in Seh A Item No 17 above.

Supply only mild steel TMT bars, upto 10 mm dia.(Fe 500 D) for rein forcement against item No 16 & 17 here above complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , including making good damaged/hungry joints in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC (Liquid type of Dr Fixit) complete as directed.M&L for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface with wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ration of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approval of the same by GE.

M&L for carrying out effloresence treatment to exposed and prepared wall surface in item No 19 here-in-before in following sequence :- (a) Prime the prepared surface with one of the following product mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio as bonding agent :- (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite (ii) Sika CemCrete of M/s Sika (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC (b) Immediately after priming the surface PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar) to be applied "BY HAND" while the primer is tacky. PMM should be prepared by mixing one of the following compounds in Cement Mortar 1:3 as per manufacturer's instructions :- (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite (ii) Sika CemCrete of M/s Sika (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC (c) PMM surface should be allowed to dry one day. After that it shoud painted with two coats of one of the following compound mixed with cement only in ratio of 1 (selected compound) : 1:1.5(Cement) :- (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite (ii) Sika CemCrete of M/s Sika (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC Note-Surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. (d) Now apply one coat of the following compound mixed with cement ratio in 1(selected compound):1.5(cement) with fiber mess (Glass woolen fabric 20x20 microns)

(e) Now apply two coats of one of the following compound over the surface. These compounds are to be used as per manufacturer instructions :- (i) Fidifin 2K of M/S Pidilite (ii) Sika Top Seal-107 of M/s Sika (iii) Brush Bond of M/s FOSROC (c) PMM surface should be allowed to dry one day. After that it shoud painted with two coats of one of the following compound mixed with cement only in ratio of 1 (selected compound) : 1:1.5(Cement) :- (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite (ii) Sika CemCrete of M/s Sika (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/s FOSROC Note-Surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. (d) Now apply one coat of the following compound mixed with cement ratio in 1(selected compound):1.5(cement) with fiber mess (Glass woolen fabric 20x20 microns) (e) Now apply two coats of one of the following compound over the surface. These compounds are to be used as per manufacturer instructions :- (i) Fidifin 2K of M/S Pidilite (ii) Sika Top Seal-107 of M/s Sika (iii) Brush Bond of M/s FOSROC

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on treated brick works/concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth, with out using extra cement on brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified.(Note :- Efflorescence treatment under Ser Item No 19 & 20 shall be carried out by the approved applicator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and apply 2 to 3 mm thick wall care putty to achieve smooth and even surfaces for receiving finishes as directed. Make for Putty : JK/Birla Note : Every stage of work will be approved by GE then only next stage will be executed by contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified over prepared new plastered surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : It is an express condition of contract that no painting including primer on any surfaces i.e. steel, wooden, plaster/ concrete, roads will be done without existing surface is got approved from the GE. If it is done without approval of proposed surface from GE, the same will not be paid to the contractor and no further claim shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats Apex paint (Blue/Camouflage pattern) over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer over newly plastered surface including preparation of surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed .

E/M Works Supply, installation, testing & commissioning floor mounted panel outdoor type, suitable for operation on 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz electric supply system, factory made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron frame and 2 mm thick CRCA sheet side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated including 500 Amp rated aluminium busbar sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colour coated for 3 Phase, 4 wire electric supply system and wiring with suitable size of copper cable complete with the following accessories all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note: Feeder pillar box shall be mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. The cost of the PCC block shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item & width of the panel not less than 75 cm):Incoming :MCCB 250 Amp 415 Volts, 35 KA, 4 pole, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting. Outgoing : (a) MCCB 160 Amp 125 Volts, 25 KA, 4 pole, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting - 02 No (b) MCCB 63Amp 415 Volts, 25 KA, 4 pole, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting - 02 No (c) Digital Amp meter 0-350 Amp with selector switch(f) Digital Volt meter 0-500 Volts with selector switch(g) Phase indicator lamp - 01 set (Set of three) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix bus bar chamber having four number aluminium bus bar mounted on insulator of capacity 100 Amp fixed/grouted in the PCC in and including PVC conduit pipe of 25 mm dia heavy duty for incoming and outgoing cable connection complete all specified and directed .

M&L for Cleaning & preparation of surface of the HT steel tubular poles and painting with two coat of aluminium paint including cross arms, brackets, hooks, junction box, stay clamps over a coat of red oxide primer and making blue & white strip 30cm wide strip (5 Nos) upto 1.5 m from PCC coping in and including marking and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Advance Manitenance Free environment friendly ring earthing system of dia 350 mm and depth 11 feet. Each set consisting of 3 Nos of 10 feet length, 17.2 mm dia earth electrode made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded cooper on outer surface ( minimum copper bonding thickness - 250 microns) with terminals to connect incoming strip in the ground with 3 bags (60 Kg per earthing pit) of environment friendly backfill compound Carbon based, Graphite blend and portland cement mixed (Approved by Engr in chrage) resistivity below 0.15 Ohm meter for high current (for electrical system) as per manufacturing instructions for each 150 x 25 x 6 mm Copper Bar with 4 hole shall be exothermically welded ontop to copper bonded rod to make terminal laid in minimum 200 mm dia bore. Making 3 Nos holes of complete earthing set in which each hole should be provided with 100 Kg Bentonite in outer 150 mm part of the hole and inner 200 mm dia fill with back fill material. Manufacturer name shall be embossed on rod. 25 x 3 mm copper shall be buried 20 cm below the ground used to interconnected the earths and to make the ring. The earth pit cover polypropylene (250 mm Top x 340 mm Bottom x 250 mm Height) of 2 Kg weight shall be included in the scope of work including PCC (1:2:4) base block of fitting of pit cover as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Make: OBO/ENNOV/DHRUVA TECHNOLOGIES Note: (i) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned. On testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1.0 Ohm is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result obtained. (ii) The copper strip from star point of earthing to euipment or entire earting system to Eqpt/bldg only shall be measured and paid under relevant item separately. (iii) Government approved certified lab certificate of resistivity of back fill material should be produced before commencement of work. (iv) Exothermic welding shall be measured separately(Except on earth electrode)

S&F of copper strip 25x3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors or down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In copper strip copper should be more than 90%. Copper percentage test certificate from govt approved lab should be produced before excecution of work.

S&F High quality copper bolts with nuts, washer to replace and repair existing earthing bolts of length 3cm and bore 4mm all as specified and directed.
