Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement motar (1:6) etc all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement motar (1:4) etc all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 5mm thick in patches in cement mortar in 1:3 on ceiling

M&L preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper with one coat of primer on wall/ceiling etc all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint with one coat of primer on wall/ceiling etc all as specified and directed.

Ditto- as per item No 15 above but three coat white wash on ceiling

M&L for obliterating old writing of any description, not exceeding 0.1 sqm with paint to match existing works, all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rewriting/repainting to existing writing letters or figures not exc 30 cm height in block Roman, Italian or Indian letters including stops, comma, arrows, brackets, dashes etc on sign board (Black or yellow base) including two coats of oil paint over a coat white base synthetic enamel paint, all as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour. NOTE: Work Executed by OEM under the Provision of MOU

M&L waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1mm, over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and Sanding of the putty surface with Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sannding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour. Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Putty mixer( Putty mixier with min 1400 W power havinng mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute). Step 2)Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Graco Spray Machine(Model: EH 230 DI) or equivalant having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" Step (3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. NOTE: Work Executed by OEM under the Provision of MOU

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Graco or equivalent having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes as per manufacturer instructions complete all as directed. NOTE: Work Executed by OEM under the Provision of MOU

M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up Resistance with low VOC less than 50 G/L , Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with 8 years performance warranty from Manufacture and instructions complete all as directed. NOTE: Work Executed by OEM under the Provision of MOU

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of cemented surfaces i.e kerb stone etc of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 1mm thick wall care putty on wall/ceiling surface complete all as directed

Note for Item No 19,20,21 & 22 :- The quoted unit rates shall be inclusive of followings: a) The work shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (c) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc (d) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (e) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (f) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (g) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.
