Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sewage treatment plant (STP) including comprehensive maintenance & operation of STP for 10 years including defect period of two years after completion of work with following specifications :-

Sewage treatment plant (STP) having capacity of 65 cum/day (KLD) at Lucknow Cantt including all civil work electrical, mechanical, control and instrumentation works and other allied equipment for STP as per OEM to achieve the parameter as mentioned in Annexure- I/ Schedule 'A' notes & scope of work. Parameters for treated water are encl. Parameters of Raw sewage as given in Annexure- I are tentative however contractor should test the raw sewage at their end and STP should be designed accordingly to discharge treated water as per parameters specified in Annexure I.

Notes :- (i) There is no embargo on the technology to be used for sewage treatment scheme. Any technology selected for STP should also take accountability of the expertise in the area, Life cycle cost of the STP and intended reuse of treated waste water STP shall be provided as per parameters as per Annexure -1 (ii) Before final selection of technology, comparison must be carried out with all possible technologies on various factors like cost analysis, ease of operation, land requirement, availability of spares, availability of OEM, footprint of technology etc. (iii) The technology selected must be a field tested and proven technology and contractor will submit details wrt technology being adopted at the time of quoting alongwith location and capacity of STP installed in any Govt sector in last 3 years and performance report for the same from office. (iv) Bidder will submit detailed drg/design/technology/hydraulic diagram/tech data duly vetted by IIT/NIT to GE (P) Lucknow for approval of scheme/drg by CWE Lucknow (v) Scope of work include complete civil, mechanical and electric work pertaining to STP plant including Raw sewage collection sump for 65 KLD capacity plant (RL= 115.087 M IL-111.45 M of the sewage line). The scope also includes LT Panel for STP. However LT Cable 70 Sqmm 3.5 core will be provided at the location of plant. Panel should have incoming/outgoing MCCB and other protective/ operational devices as to be designed by contractor/OEM/consultant for operation of the plant. (vi) Contractor will keep a stock of spares as required to changed periodically as per OEM. The spare parts required to changed should be easily available in market and no foreign spares to be used in the STP.
