M & L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregates) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work using fly ash brick conforming to IS-12894:2002, Modular, class designation 7.5, straight or curved on plan, exc 6.0 m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No -05 above but exept Brick (bricks reused obtained from demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering cement plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces 1:4 mixed with WPC and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete cast in situ 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings ,hold fast,back filling of pressed steel frame and other similar work water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including form work and demolition of old pcc work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer over newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for angle posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for hole including necessary drilling bilting or rivetting complete or forged into spikes framed guards bars complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwirse described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or typing at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapes or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed.(each line wire to be measured.)

Taking down mild steel work as in doors or gates and refixing in same opening after repairing of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering incl pintle hinges etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Concertina coil fencing with punched tape coil 450mm dia (at stretched position), made out of hot dipped, galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape barbs with 18 SWG sheet, spring core 2.5mm thick wire with tape 0.52mm thick and weight of each coil should not be less than 7.50 Kg, each coil should have 50 rounds and should covers 6 RM length, fixed over and including 6 lines of horizontal RBT (reinforced barbed tape) wire or razor wire at points wherever coil touches the bottom of wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) and in between Y shaped angle iron post complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Hogging shall be fixed at a interval of 600mm centre to centre, wherever it touches with the razor wire. (ii) Overlapping of concertina coil and razor wire shall be 300mm. (iii) Y shaped angle iron post shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. MAKE: M/s Global Engg or M/s Specials steels Ltd or M/s Super Fence or other equivalent make as approved by GE.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.11611979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams cantilever beams, lintel beams complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end, 10mm dia, not exc 10 cm long, bolt with waher and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of 3mm dia GI wire chain link fencing with 75x75mm mesh size and fixed to any type of strandard rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight constantant shall be detrmined by BOO of chain link fencing.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type fixed to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) all as specified and directed

Taking down carefullycopper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fitting such as switches, sockets ceiling rose sketch light fittings etc, and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light point or one fan point controlled by one, one way 5 Amp switch with PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core drawn in and including not less than 20mm dia 'medium grade' PVC concealed conduits ISI marked and fittings, including pressed steel concealed terminal switch boxes not less than 1.6mm thick of reqd size factory made duly painted inside and outside with one coat red oxide primer, 3mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers complete including 1.50 sqmm nominal cross sectional area PVC(FRLS) insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor green as earth wire connected to earth dolly with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.
