Providing services for operation of pump set, DG sets,Chemical Dosing plant of any make and capacity and other installed equipment on pump house including opration of valve and maintaining water testing record by chlorine testing kit by employing semi skilled Pump house operator in each shift of 8 hours ( One No operator at Pump House No-8 and Pump House No-10 for operation of pump) round the clock (24 hrs in a day) including refueling of DG sets and maintaining daily log sheets, etc and providing suitable sets of uniform for duty personnels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge including the following :- Note :- (i) Cost of minor repair for operation of installation included in quoted rate. (ii) Cost for clearing of entire area and cutting of grass from the roots and keeping the perimises hygenic condition the area of the installation should be included in unit rate. (iii) Contractor will be provided insurance to all engaged persons and cost will be included in unit rate. (iv) Duty roster for each month to be prepare in advance and display in each pump house showing the person on duty in each shift including the reliver for off duty as per Labour Act. It should also be a Part of RAR/Final bill for verification. (v) The bank account Nos and P.F. Nos of employed staff shall be submitted before the acceptance of lowest tenderer. (vi) In case any staff found absent during the surprise check the recovery of the contractor will be made double of the quoted rate of each shift. (vii) Transportation cost for POL from MES store Yard to Pump house installation deem to be included in unit rate.
