Taking out old Unsv any type panel and Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested . LT Panel board, Indoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminum bus bars 1800 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 56 class protection and made of 2mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front / back opening type, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing 2 Nos.danger notice plate of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door LT panel etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and locking arrangement , internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLSH cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 Sqmm. Complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 25 to 400 sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches/ ducts out side the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size Alluminium lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary fixing anchor nut bolt welding work complete to the Panel board, All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands.& The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint and taking out of old skelton type panel with control switches complete all as specified and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge , The scope of work includes the following: Itmes (NOTE:-LT Panel board should be as per IS/ICE 61439-part I&II Type Test certificates for 4000Amps with Breaking capacity not less then 65KA. Panel Builder should submit all Certificates before executing the job.)

(I) Incoming :- (i)Air circuit breaker 1200 Amps, 4 Pole, thermal magnetic DNI and adjustable over current, short circuit and earth fault protection . The breaker shall be with fully rated neutral & have minimum breaking capacity of 50KA (RMS) symmetrical. Designed operational voltage should be 690 V. The ACB should have Ics=Icu=Icw for 1 sec. For short circuit breaking capacity and pre overload, overload & over-temperature protection, ACB shall also confirm to IEC 60947/IS-13947/Part-II/19939 latest version), complete all as specified .- 01 Nos. (ii) Ammeter Digital type, CT operated 0-1200A range, - 02 Set (with selector switch and CT) (iii) Volt Meter Digital type 0-500 V range, - 02 Nos (With selector switch) (iv ) Indicating Lamp LED type 240 V 50 HZ AC supply (one set of three) colour (RYB)-01 set. (v) Indication Lamp LED type 240 V 50 HZ AC supply one set of two colour (Red and Green for ON/OFF indication of ACB / MCCB) -01 set.

(II) Outgoing :- (i) MCCB 4 Pole, TMR 400 Amps, Breaking capacity 36 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz with OL, SC, EF protection, -06 Nos along with Spreader terminals (ii) MCCB 4 Pole, TMR 315 Amps, Breaking capacity 36 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz with OL, SC, EF protection, -06 Nos along with Spreader terminals (iii) MCB TPN 63 Amp C-Curve - 2No (iv) MCB DP 63 Amp C-Curve - 2No (v ) Indicating Lamp LED type 240 V 50 HZ AC supply one set of three colour (RYB)-12 set.( for each out going )

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 56 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front / back opening type, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing 2 Nos.danger notice plate of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door LT panel etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and locking arrangemen incl The platform shall be such that it is of a height 30 cm above the nearest road level. complete all as specified and directedincluding connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 240/300 sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches out side the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size Alluminium lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary brick foundation with plastering to the Panel board. The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint and taking out of old skelton type panel with control switches complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge .

Taking out existing unserviceable cable any type / size and Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cables, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098 (marked, laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete incl removing the Eixsting unsv cable any size all as specified and directed. Cables of the following sizes:-(Note;- Rate quotted includes terminal Lugs / road cutting/ wall cutting/ floor cutting /interlocking / stone and making good damged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.) (Note :- Excavation & earthwork, duct work, GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushioning / cable protection covers etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch `A').

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified .

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables complete all as specified.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size fly ash bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other as directed.

Taking out old Unserviceable any type Pipe and Supply and laying galvanised steel water tubing 100 mm bore , light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings (IS marked) and laid in trenches / under roads / in drains / fixed to poles/walls ( with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers )

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 100mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any dahage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.

M&L for plate earthing for sub station equipments complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 2.75 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate excavation & earth work and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Pt-I, including taking out old earthing material.

Supplying and fixing STRAIGHT THROUGH cable jointing Kit for 1100 V grade cable for complete with jointing material ( heat shrink type) and accessories suitable for 240 sqmm to 400 sqmm 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminkium conductor cable and testing aftre jointing complete all as specified and directed.( Make:- Raychem/M-Seal/Cab-Seal )

Cutting of worn-out / burnt aluminium cable terminal lugs from the HT/LT cable , crimping of new aluminium cable core and fixing with transformer/ Panel MCCB terminal/ FPB/ JB/ pole/DBs/ stud including cutting/ dressing of cable, disconnecting under ground / OH line cable conductor , cutting down worn-out portion and refixing with suitable lugs complete , including under ground cables of any type and size for repairs including taking out under ground cable loop from ground and making connections of restoration of electric supply complete all as specified. Note:- aluminim Bus bar/ Excavation, earth work , taking out cable protection covers, and sand cushion and relaying the same shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by Contractor)

Material and labour for disconnecting of defective RMU from power mains and dismantling from existing platform of MH Power House and transporting workshop and opening the RMU cover,dismantling defective parts and re-assembling after carrying out required repair including painting of RMU inside and outerside with writting of MES/SM No and transporting back to original location i.e MH Power House with necessary fixing arrangement including connecting up electrically, commissioning and testing of capacity RMU Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Spare Parts shall be paid as supply only. SM No of RMU 704/3849/RMU/19 Note:- (i) The contractor shall produce test certificate as per IS alongwith all tests from the firms after repair. (ii) All repair work will be carried out at original OEM workshop of existing RMU. If any minor repair required to successful operation of RMU but not mentioned in this CA, should be supply & fix by contractor at no extra payment will be paid by department.

Supply only of SF-6 gas in vaccuam interrupter by means of remote and Sealed complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying, jointing testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, of size 185 sq mm, 3 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV (E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed including taking out old cable.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, Type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit termination indoor type for HT 11KV grade cable for end termination joint suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 120 to 185 Sqmm size, 3 core complete with jointing material (Heat shrink type) with accessories and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Raychem/M-Seal/Cab-Seal

M&L for 100 mm nominal bore GI pipe /tubing, light grade for protection of earth lead / passing cable complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified (Excavation & Earth work, shall be measured and paid separately)
