Sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Local approved tibba dry sand after removal of vegetations; grass and other deleterious substances shall be used for sand cushioning.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid dry in trenches for the protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old cable cover obtained under srl item No 1 here in before.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 80 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections for crossing of culverts/nallah /road etc of size 100 mm bore

All as per item No 8 above but 80 mm bore

Disconnecting faulty 11 KV HT cables of any size and any length from both ends Hiring of cable fault detector machine to detect exact position of fault including pressure test for removing the moisture in XLPE /PVC HT cable, 11000 Volts grade heavy duty aluminium conductor of any size and any length , removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault including excavation, returung filling, Removal, relaying of cable protection cover etc complete as specified and directed. Note : (a) 11 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within one hour of notification of breakdown alongwith fault locating machine and manpower. In case the rep or contractor shall not come to the site of breakdown and not to start attending breakdown within 1.00 hour a penalty of Rs 1000 per fault per hour will be imposed over contractor and will be deduct from his dues.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement HT under ground electric power cable Crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts earthed cross sectional area 185 Sqmm , 3 core ISI marked as per IS 7098 Part-2, laid in trenches/ laid under floor/ laid in ducts or fixed on poles/wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but size of 120Sqmm to 185Sqmm.

All as per item No 17 above but size of 120Sqmm to 185Sqmm.

All as per item No 20 above but size of 120Sqmm to 185Sqmm.

M & L Danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25mmX20mmX 1.6mm size incl taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making earthing high conductive, non corosive maintenance free, non fluctuation of ohmic value 80 mmX3000mm (inner strip-3000x50x6mm, connection terminal 100x50x6mm, therminal hole 16mm, Inner filling CCM lectrode pipe-B class) GI pipe in pipe filled with super conductive crysteline with earth plus 50 kg containing mixture of graphite, Sulfate, , Silica,ALumina , Iron Oxide, Titanium oxide, calcium oxide , Magnesium oxide , Sodium oxide , Zink oxide etc) back fill compound should be ROHS including heavy duty polymer Earth pit chember with cover and S&F of GI strip 32x6 mm required at site for connection of earthing with any type equipment complete all accesories for design modification to achieve the earth terminal rod resistance value below 1 ohm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L horizontal boring and inserting casing pipe with fittings with material HDPE of pressure rating 6 kg/cm² along road and under pavements/ hard standing/ road /canals /streams crossing in all types of soil at prescribed depth (in no case the depth of boring be less than 1.7 m from the road surface) up to 200 meters of drilling longitudinal or 3 to 4 roads crossing should be possible, for passing of HT cable including all civil works & reinstatement as per BMP standards complete all as specified and directed. Note : if any damages to existing services such as OFC/gas pipe line/electric cable etc shall be repaired immediatelly by the contactor. Rate quoted above deemed to be included.

S&F cable route indicator made out of PCC block (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size 1200mmx400mmx100 mm thick (600mm buried in ground ) with ` DANGER/11 KV UG cable MES' embossed on route marker including excavation and earth work and painting the yellow colour above the ground and write the black colour complete all as specifiedand directed
