Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, PVC inner sheath, galvanized steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed electric power cables(heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade(Earthed) cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part-II) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, sand Cushioning, Cable covers, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of Power Cables, Aluminum Stranded Conductor 300 sqmm, 3.5 core, XLPE Insulated, Cores laid up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured with galvanized wire or galvanized steel strip, overall PVC Sheathed, 1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 complete laid in trenches / floors / fixed to poles / walls / drawn through pipes etc including provn of lugs, glands, nuts, bolts & washers etc for connecting in LT feeder pillar box / transformer bushings and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and provn of cable covers / protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but of size 50 sqmm, 3.5 core completion all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread M-sand in trenches for cushioning of cable / in the yard of outdoor substations complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing road / hard standing up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipe lines and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) after laying of pipes lines / cables and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below road / hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and fixing of 100mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure/ panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth strip up to 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II

Design, Fabricate, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of outdoor type dust proof & vermin proof cubical panel board compartmentalized with separate bus bar and cable alley chambers suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50 Hz, Ac supply system as per latest IS/IEC standards & regulations, factory fabricated in an approved factory (manufacturer possessing CPRI test report for equivalent ratings) having modern fabrication facilities, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3.15mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double leaf doors with two point locking arrangement i.e. locking system with handle up & down arrangement & pad locking facility. Complete panel board shall be applied with powder coat painting of approved shade duly pretreated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 450mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. Detachable gland plates including double compression stainless steel cable glands of suitable size shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. Steel plate Danger Notice Boards (02 Nos) LT 415/440 Volts, and manufacturer's name plate shall be riveted on external doors of feeder pillar box. The size of panel board shall not be less than 1800mm x 1500mm x 450mm (outer dimensions) for accommodating and including provision of following switchgear, control gear and accessories including internal wiring using copper flexibles and lugs of suitable grade/capacity complete all as specified and directed :-

Note : (i) Factory made name plates with feeder names/ Bldg Nos shall be fixed on relevant incomer/outgoing MCCB doors. (ii) The contractor shall submit set of all drawings of the LT Pillar Boxes and its components in duplicate and get the same approved from GE before commencement of production. The contractor shall furnish all details and clarifications required if any for scrutiny and evaluation. Manufacture of material to be supplied shall be done strictly as per approved drawing.However, approval of drawing shall not absolve the contractor/supplier of his liability for ensuring correctness according to applicable standards & regulations.

(iii) Bus bar : TPN Aluminium bus bar of suitable rating provided with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeves insulation mounted on insulators for main bus bar and from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB's and outgoing MCCB's up to cable termination etc complete. (The rating of main bus bar shall be 1.5 times of ampere rating of incomer and outgoing bus bar rating shall be 1.5 times of ampere rating of each outgoing MCCB.) and continuous earth bus with GI strip of suitable size capable for carrying full short circuit current for 1 sec shall be provided at bottom of the panel. (iv) Incomer : (a) MCCB 400 Amps, 4 Pole, 50 KA (Ics=100%Icu), 415 Volts, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release - 01 No (b) Digital Voltmeter with selector switch - 01 Set (c) Digital Ammeter with selector switch & suitable ratio of CT's - 01 Set of 3 (d) LED Pilot light indication lamps R,Y,B phases - 01 Set of 3 (v) Outgoing :- (a) MCCB 315 Amps, 3 Pole, 50 KA (Ics=100%Icu), 415 Volts, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release - 01 No (b) MCCB 100 Amps, 3 Pole, 25 KA (Ics=100%Icu), 415 Volts, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release - 03 No (c) Time switch 415 volts, 3 phase 20 Amps rating with contractor - 01 No

Supply and erection of Hot dip galvanized tapered octagonal pole of height 7.0 mtrs in single or double section having top dia 70mm and bottom dia 130mm made up of 3mm thick sheet and welded with a base plate of size 200mm x 200mm x 12mm thick and provided with 1000mm long single arm bracket with 15 degree of angle for mounting street light fitting complete with provision of 04 Nos of ‘J’ type foundation bolts of size not less than 20mm dia, 600mm long embedded in RCC foundation concrete as per manufacturer’s recommendation including necessary earth work, RFR etc complete. A door should be provided at a height of 500mm from the base plate for accommodating and including provision of TPN aluminium bus bar system suitable for connecting up to 4 core, 16 sqmm aluminium cable and 01 No. of 6A SP MCB for street light protection inside the pole shaft including provision of 3 core, 1.50 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS:694 from pole junction box to street light fitting drawn through inside of pole . Radium reflector band / strips of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from base plate. Numbering of pole shall be done in black colour on yellow background at suitable place on the pole complete as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of RCC foundation concrete, necessary excavation, erth work & RFR etc complete as per manufacturer's recommendation. Contractor shall submit the pole drawing and foundation drawing as per manufacturer's recommendation for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and erection of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 mtr long) including painting of poles with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on embedded portion and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band/ strips (Make : 3M or equivalent) of 5 cm wide in Green (02 Nos ) & White (01 No) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25 mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background at a suitable place on the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

Supplying, Installing, Connecting and testing of 11 KV 200 Amps triple pole gang operated air break switch having 12 Nos post insulator with earthing switch rotating type for horizontal/ vertical operation mechanically operated 3 rows type mounted on insulator (including insulators) and steel frame with operating mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25mm bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length to operated from ground level including locking arrangement with pad lock of godrej make with three Nos of keys including 11 KV swing out explusion fuses (drop out type) of 10 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lighting arrestors non linear type with all fitting distribution class, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps, current rating 5 KA suitable for 11000 volts complete connecting with ACSR jumpers from LA to air brake switch with PVC sleeves complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

25. Supply and fixing of 70 Watt LED street light fitting made up of Pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housing with toughened glass, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics having system lumen efficacy ≥100 lm/W, Inbuilt potted electronic LED driver with APFC (SMPS based constant current supply), lower THD, Open Circuit protection, Over Voltage protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13 and BIS complying complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and connect of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded copper conductor PVC round sheathed (flexible) industrial cable of size 1.5 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 50mm, inner dia 38mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure type, laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of pole/ stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work for DG set foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread graded coarse aggregate of 63mm nominal size around outdoor transformer and HT 11 KV two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks on plan built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as directed.

M&L for GI water tubing, medium grade, ISI marked, with and including all fittings i.e. bend, tee, elbow, reducer, union, nipple etc as per site requirement laid in trenches/wall/floor, complete as specified and directed for the following pipe sizes:- Note : 1. The excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately. 2. The cost of all type of GI fitting i.e. bend, tee, elbow, reducer, union, nipple etc is deemed to be included in quoted rates.
