Taking out unserviceable cable and Supplying, laying or fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground electric power cable Crossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE Cable) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI-7098 marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of 240 sqmm 3 1/2 core ,complete all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc.( Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles/ block,clamps, nuts , bolts, washers and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items ).

Taking down existing unserviceable pipe and M&L 80mm nominal bore mild steel galvanised water tubing, medium grade with all fittings like bends, elbows, Tee, reducers, sockets, unions etc laid in trenches/ fixed to walls / poles / laid in floors for protection of GI earth strip/ under ground cable complete all as specfied and directed. Note: Excavation, RF&R, removal of surplus soil and mild steel clamps with nuts and bolts shall be measured separately)

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 100mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any damage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.

Supplying, installing, commissioing and testing of factory made ,CPRI approved ,LT switchgear panel board of size 1200mmx1000mmx500mm (min) , IP-54 (outdoor type) , 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, three phase and neutral ( 4 wire) , 1000 Amps aluminium bus bars 4 pole , duly insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves as per colour code supported on epoxy insulators , having independent compartment for insulated bus bar, incoming feeder and each out going feeder i.e cubical type, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet , rigid mild steel angle iron frame of 50mmx50mmx6mm with 600mm long extended legs grouting in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 block of size 300mmX200mmx300mm, duly epoxy powder coated internally and externally with approved shade, rubber gasketted, hinged front and back openable doors with proper locking arrangements for dust and vermin proof ,complete including suitable size cable alley, lugs , cable glands,common earth bus bar of GI strip 32x6mm at bottom and making connections with MCCB spreaders,/ wiring with suitable size SC PVC insulated copper conductor cable, locking arrangements 65mm size and lock with keys, earthwork and excavation comprising of the followings and specified hereafter:-

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'Light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'medium grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT high strength deformed bars @ 150mm c/c, 6mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, and mild steel angle iron frame 40mmx40mmx5mm for pit cover, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate number 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.
