M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with mechanical sprayer over old black top surfaces with bituminous primer (VG-10) at 5kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade with binder content 4% by weight of total mix and compacted to required gradient and camber laid by mechanical paver (consolidated thickness 50 mm or less) with 8 to 10 tonne power vibrator road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant by using design mix and transported from plant to work site and laid/ spread by means of mechanical paver. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on this basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any vatiation in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted lower side of binder used however no price adjustement shall be made if the binder content percentage is more as specified above.

Material & Labour for 30 mm thick (consolidated average thickness) bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concerete with 5.5% % binder (of paving bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled & compacted with 08 to 10 tonne power road rolled to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed (Laying of bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete with mechanical paver) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant by using design mix and transported from plant to work site and laid/ spread by means of mechanical paver. M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minium 2.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermo plastic paint (Hot application white/yellow by indenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS-6086 & MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engineer incharge

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design) according to IP 67 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one Ni-mh or NI-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of 06 Nos super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make DA-110(Dhruv) of Dark eye or in equivalent makes listed in Appendix 'B'

Dismantling of interlocking tiles of any thickness in floor/ paving in any depth etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing dabris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring of 75 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar ficings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing dabris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 incomplete all as specified & directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick or concrete surface with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 typr B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bends, plinth course, benching and other similar work incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair convex mirror 80 CM dia and fix to 50 mm dia MS pipe in size out door purpose including stand / padestal embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) size 45 x 45 x 60 cm and including necessary earth work & form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on new concrete /kerb surfaces stone including prepartion of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old painted concrete/kerb stone surfaces including prepartion of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
