Supply and fix heating element with thermostat 2 KW complete unit including taking down old unservicable heating element complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix heating element with thermostat 3 KW complete unit including taking down old unservicable heating element complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix in repair glass wool and aluminium ,insulation complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix 25 mm hose pipe including taking down old hose pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix in repair solar kit ( gasket ,nut bolt ,flange nipple ,end pug all accessories) as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fix in repair Gun metal globe, gate valve 20 mm dia with iron wheel head complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement Sub main wiring concealed type with two single core cable PVC insulated cable with 4.0 Sqmm (Nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts gde incl earth continuity conductor using PVC insulated cable of copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm connected to common earth dolly and drawing into rigid PVC conduit with lock pattern incl. making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note : PVC conduit and its accessories including 2 runs of cable & 1 run of earth continuity conductor cable unsheathed shall be measured and paid as single unit).

M&L in repair for mild steel OHT cage ,bands,straps ,support or stay fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any hape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brazing /welding in any leakage in solar water heater complete unit all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exce 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil and getting complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a disance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 thick for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable, laid in trench or fixed to wall / passing through pipe/ pole complete of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning /sand covering for underground cable protection and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bricks with sub class 'B' locally available laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of High galvanized mast light 16 meter height suitable for 6 to 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 210 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PVC insulated & sheathed stranded copper cable 5 core of cross sectional area 2.5 sq mm for proving necessary electrical connection from feeder pillar box to light fittings including with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for of Earthing with Galvanised Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in Ground (Earth Pit not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level) with Top edge of the Plate not less than 1.50 Metre below Ground Level, connected to galvanised earth Strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt in alternate layers of not exc. 150mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with Cast iron cover 10mm thick hinged, Cast Iron Frame, MS Rod 6mm, Funnel, GI Pipe 20mm medium grade all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including necessary Excavation in Soft/Loose Soil, Returning, Filling in and Removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 Metre and and Testing on Completion, complete all as per specified and as directed.

S& fix for installation of retrofit machine devices on dg set to control Emission from DG Set 250 kva to control emission from DG set as per guide line including,necessary addition alteration in existing DG set,necesary jointing accessory like Nut ,bolt,washer /welding /breezing work etc for the following DG set as per directed to complete all as specified and directed.The device shall be single phase, including automated panel equipped with digital type indications such as automatic,temperature monitering sensor ,pressure monitoring sensor ,differential pressure monitoring sensor ,visible alarm system with suitable sensor ,equipped with cloud based online data availability to the end user of effectively monitor the efficiency of the device remotely. The body of device shall having characteristics of high heat resistance ,low exhaust resistance including auto by pass system with respect to back pressure ,including Max Particulate Matter (PM) capturing capacity of the RECD through Diesel Perticulate Filter (DOF) ,Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC), Selective Regenerative Catalyst (SCR) Fiters in order to reduce PM by not less than 70% & including external panel with accessories /mounting for automatic monitoring and control of the system.The RECD limits for DG set of capacity 250 KVA as per CPCB norms are reproduced below:- (i) NOx+ - 4.7 (ii) CO - 3.5 (iii) PM- 0.3 (iv) Smoke limit- 0.7

M&L for PCC work 1:2:4 as required at site for Foundation as specified by OEM and welding work incl loading unloading are included in quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender.
