S & F 35mm Second class hard wood (Sal) plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to Chowkat complete all as specified and directed .

S & F 35 mm thick second class hard wood (Sal) Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., (without sash bars) chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Pt I Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed .

S & F 30 mm thick Second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass etc. for windows and ventilators etc complete all as specified and directed .

S & F Galvanized mild steel wire cloth, 0.63 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned stacks, or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed .

S&F plain sheet glass/pin headded glass of 3 mm thick in Squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane with oil putty and clips complete all as specified and directed .

cutting holes in stone/brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 exceeding Half brick wall and not exceeding one brick wall complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Preaparation surfaces of wood and wood based materials and treated with tar to backs of chowkhats etc. area tarred exc 0.10 sqm but not exceeding 0.50 sqm each complete all as specified.

M&L treating small articles with tar such as hold fasts etc. area not exceeding 0.10 sqm all as specified.

M & L for providing cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Hold fast block etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube fixed in opening as per specification and shown in drg in SSR Part -II 2020 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door moulded shutter 30mm thick consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain cover PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement as per specification and drg shown in SSR Part -II 2020 complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 29 above but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional 8mm square M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for powder coated aluminium wall partition (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for partition (fixed portion) with extruted built up standerd tubular section / appropriate Z section and other section of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixing with dash fastners of required dia and size including necessary filing up the gaps at junction ie at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight,mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, CP brass/ stainless steel screws etc complete all specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F for aluminium anodized powder coated grills made out by using 6 x 5 mm aluminium section having square gap of 50 mm thick with fixing rails of channels 12-15 mm etc complete all as shown in design Cat Part No -DG 101-DG-102 of jindal or equivlement as approved by GE.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC any colour casement (Openable) Door made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chambered, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + 0.2mm thick galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall wilh 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated). Corner striker. Secondary Strikers. Cylinder. Door transmission gear made of mild sleel with multi point locking system with strikes. 3D Hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) and 8mm thick toughened glass etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note- rate quoted by contractor shall include, the cost of 8 mm thick toughened glass and other connected accesseories.

Supply and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Two track two panels sliding window upto 1.50 m height made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 + 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension . (Area of window above 1.75 sqm upto 2.50 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware’s and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately) Note: For UPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5 % tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F in repair aluminium (Die cast ) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No-3 universal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair venetian blinds in double layers roller type of approved colour including all accessories, fitting/fixtures required for fixing the same in windows complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing 6 mm thick plywood grade BWR type BB as in cover for cooler, Airconditioner or simillar works etc fixed at window incl necessary cutting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 25 mm dia SS drapery rods fancy type with brackets ,stops, rollers ,side knobs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing rolling shutter complete any type width and height not exceeding 3M in any position complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutter upto height 3M, without ball bearing as specified including guide channel, top covers anchoring rod, hasp and staple and other necessary accessories required to function the shutter including one shop coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed

S & F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates / rumblar/truss/ Post of angle or other section with gusset plate , rails bracess etc, drilling for fixing of steel sheets or other covering including distance pieces work confirming to Fe- 410-W (Gde -E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old steel/wooden windows with holdfast & making good surface to match with the existing and S&F windows/ ventilators fabricated from 0.6mm thick roll formed section made of galvanised steel powder coated (Base steel as per IS- 513 'D' quality) galvanised as per IS-277 with Zinc of 120 gm/sqm. Windows/ventilators having frame suitable for dual shutter i.e. inner and outer shutter with grill, glazed shutter with 4.0 mm thick glass, mesh shutter with 32 gauge stainless steel mesh, 6mm x 12mm flat iron with 10mm square bar MS grill and all fitting, fixtures accessories complete all as specified and shown in drawing no CEAF/STD-191/2014 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2 (4000 Series) NOTE: The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the following:- (i) Glazed shutter with 4.00 mm thick glass, mesh shutter with 32 gauge stainless mesh and MS grill as per above mentioned drawing is deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted. (ii) Glass, stainless steel mesh will be fixed to window by authorised rep of manufacturer of window only. (iii) making good of jambs in CM (1:4) and applying OBD in two coats including with putty complete.
