M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sqm over the prepared black top surfaces by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 10 kg per 10 sqm over the prepared surfaces of WBM / WMM etc by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (Design mix) (consolidated thicked 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix laid and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Premix Bituminous macadam shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver and asphaltic dense concrete work shall be done within 48 hours after completion of rolling and consolidation of bituminious macadam. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used in lower side, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs.45/Kg. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified above.

Material & Labour for 30 mm thick (consolidated average thickness) bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concerete with 5.5% binder (of paving bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled & compacted with 08 to 10 tonne power / vibratory road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (a) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant as per ratio given in design mix and transported from plant to work site and laid/ spread by means of mechanical sensor paver. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on this basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted lower side of binder used @ Rs. 45/Kg. However no price adjustement shall be made if the binder content percentage is more as specified above.

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minium 2.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermo plastic paint (Hot application white/yellow by indenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS-6086 & MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc including removal of spoil etc complete from drain and etc all as specified and directed. Note :- No extra payment shall be claimed on this account

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work (except brick) with sub class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls / ceilings etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces & finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:3:6 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of brick / concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint (any tint) over a coat of priming coat etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of brick / concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (any tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old precast interlocking paver block and chequred tiles of any size and shape any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and lyaing 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver bock of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lan, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of equired strength thickness & size / shape made by table vibractory method using PU mould laid in required door & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
