Material & labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.00mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron strip of 25x4 mm as earthin lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by medium 40 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board or equipment and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, 40mm thick RCC pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar at 75c/c both ways and lifting arrangement by providing handles (02 Nos) of 12mm dia MS round bar and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in with excavated soil and disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and shown in electrical Plate No 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post hole (or similar holes ) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum in soft/loose soil, including getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus loil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D-2 1:4:8(using 40 mm grade stone agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long,diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron door; ladders' framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing , any size or type ( size of mesh and dia of wire as directed by Engr-in-charge)all as specified

Fixing only chain link fencing of any type fixed to RCC / steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips and over as in strengthning bars for chain link fencing conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality A or Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth of any description and in any position and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
