(iii) Base plate :- Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design / specifications.

(iv) Fuel Tank :- Fuel tank shall be 24 hours capacity ,made out of 14 Gauge CRCA MS sheet duly powder coated and provided with level indicator drain plug, air vent, float gauge and fuel float switch.

(v) Safeties :- for high enclosures temperature and emergency shut-down from out side 1 number, 120AH 12 V lead acid batteries and adequate size copper conductor cable leads.

(vi) Engine control panel :- Made of 14 gauge CRCA MS sheet dust and vermin proof (protectionclass IP 41 or superior) duly fitted with the equipment meters specified in particular specifications.

(vii) Automatic mains failure (AMF):- control panel fabricated from minimum 14 gauge CRCA steel sheet (including CPRI certified) ,dust and vermin proof, protection class IP-54 suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZs AC supply system with adequate layers of powder coating floor mounting type with front opening & panel shall comprises of all necessary accessories as per manufacturer or OEM.

(viii) DG set shall be installed on existing platform.

(ix) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in above offer with testing of sound level should carried out at the site in presence of rep of accepting officer or Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, connecting and testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed cable 1100V grade, conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) of 1988, screened PVC bedded, armoured electric power cable, heavy duty multi-stranded aluminium conductor grade cross section area 3.5 core 95 Sqmm (earthed) complete all as specified, laid in trenches / fixed on walls/poles, passing through pipes, etc. including connecting up to DBs, etc. with required lugs, end terminal / cable glands complete all as specified and as directed Note: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, for laying of UG Cable etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer dry clean Ganga river of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be measured.

M&L for brick, sub class 'B' bricks laid dry, flat, length equal to width of brick over sand cusioning in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for cutting /boring to plinth protection/ hard standing / road etc in suitable depth to cross the GI pipe size upto 80 mm dia of bore for drawn through XLPE under ground cable for giving mechanical protection to cable complete all as directed. (Note : Quoted rate shall include the cost of required material for repairing to disturbed surface complete all as per existing site and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia of bore with all fitting laid in trenches across the road or fixed with pole/ surface of wall etc at site with required fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia of bore with all fitting laid in trenches across the road or fixed with pole/ surface of wall etc at site with required fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead using GI earth strip in size 32 x6 mm means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board including taking down old earthing all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.

(i) TThe concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.50m GI pipe and protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be paid separately under respective items hereinafter. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate. (iv) Note: Quoted rate shall be paid after getting resistance value satisfactorily (below 2.00 Ohm) and record will be submitted by the contractor.

Supply. Install, testing and commisioning of LT Panel in cubical housing cabinet, out door type, platform mounted (minimum height 45 cm above normal GL and 30 cm below normal GL) , CPRI approved factory made, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof made out by 3.15 MM thick CRCA MS sheet of overall indicating size 900 x 750 x 450 MM and full built upon angle iron frame in size 50 x 50 x 6 MM, having front and rear hinged both side openable doors and liffting lugs (02 Nos) , locking arrengement to be connect to earthing strip at rear side, bottom detachable both side openable ,gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers sheet steel bus bar chambers having front hinged covers with a set of electrolytic grade high conductivity. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment. The panel shall be epoxy powder coated and the control circuit shall be connected by multi strandered copper conductor flexible wire 1.5 Sqmm in proper colour coading and drawn through in flexible conduit. The panel should be suitable for 415 volts ,50 Hzs, 3 phase,4 wire system ,suitable rating CTs and PTs . internal connection shuold be made by copper strip in suitable rating ,making incoming and outgoing connection using gland in suitable size including grouting KIOSK on floor (60 CM above the ground surface) in floor angel iron 50 x 6 MM imbeded to fixed the KIOSK with nut bolt, floor PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 MM grade stone aggregate ( minium 50 CM above GL and 30CM below GL) complete comprising the following items:- Note : (i) Panel drawing shall be approved by Deptt for size and all Tech specification before placing order (ii) All MCCB shall be confirming to Icu 100% and IEC 60947 -2 . in compact series
