M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed plates, coping and including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and providing form work for rough finished surfaces and finishing all exposed surfaces of concrete complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of DOL Submercible Pump Starter with overload relay range of 6-10 amps for 3-5 HP submercible pump set. Make Havells/Crompton

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipes CI/GI etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out, in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading , leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

M&L for Common burnt sub class ‘B’ brick laid flat in trenches over and across the length of cable with length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent/abutting each other for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Collecting water sample from borewells and submitted water sample for testing at water testing lab zainakote srinagar ,After complete testing submit testing report to AGE (I) CIF (K), complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying /filling in layers of pea gravel as per IS 154097-1967 of assorted size M around annular space between the casing pipe and the well surface has to be filled with a gravel pack to act as filter medium in tube well spacing and the size of gravel will be 5 to 10mm,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to wall, under culvert or in air etc., including taking out/down and removing old unserviceable existing cable, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Earthing work, Sand cushioning and Brick shall be measured and paid separately

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of Outdoor LT panel board suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system conforming to IS:8623/93, Indoor type floor mounting factory made type weather proof, vermin proof, fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet of 2mm thick having Al bus bar of rating 300amps, three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by coloured heat shrinkable sleeves. The panel shall be front openable and having inner and outer shells. The inner shell duly compartmented for each control gear, including powder coating internally and externally the entire steel surfaces. All the cover shall be provided with suitable locking arrangements. The size of the outer shell should not be less than 800mm x 250mm x 800mm, mounted on angle iron stand made out of angle size 50 x 50 x 6mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6, including the following accessories to control MCCBs,and suitable size of digital Voltmeter & Ammeter with CTs etc:- a) MCCB 100 amps 4 pole 16 KA - 01 No. (Incoming) b) MCCB 63 amps 4 pole 16 KA - 02 No. (Outgoing) c) RYB LED indicating lamp panel mounting type ( set of three) - 01 No. d) Digital Voltmeter. e) Digital Ammeter

Note:- Earthing to be done for replacement of existing earthing. The materials retrieved from earthing shall be credited to contractor.

Note :- An amount of Rs 12,710.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
