M & L for provn of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane with PCC tiles after taking down existing treatment and removal of waste materils complete all as given below :- (a) Taking down entire existing water proofing treatment on roof and cleaning the roof slab top all as specified and directed. (b) M & L for plastering 10mm in CM 1:4 using 100% course sand on roof including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement. (c) Applying a coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.25 Iitres/sqm and allow to dry. (d) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm. (e) Applying and laying polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3kg/sqm. (f) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20kg/sqm. (g) M & L for cement concrete tiles 250 x 250 x 20 mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/terraces over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete allas specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of roof, parapet, (Horizontal and vertical portion complete) including cleaning the surface by using wire brush/pressure hose and applying high performance polyurethane liquid membrane roof casting cold applied in two coats @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm/2 Coats spray/brush applied with an elongation of 300% to 700% and tensile strength of not less than 3N/Sqmm as per ASTM D412 and ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore a hardness of not less than 60as ASTM D 2240. The item also includes a coat of epoxy prime applied @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet complete as per manufacturer's instructions and sound engineering practice complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Green Marble work 18 to 15 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, risers,skirting , jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms etc in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including grinding, rubbing and polishing Rounding ,moulding & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete including Roughening all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessarystainless steel nuts and bolts complete, includingfixing the railing with necessary accessories &stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel boltsetc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement

Taking down existing unserviceable misc /wooden ,steel railing etc,complete all as specified and directed

S&F vitrified tiles, coloured, superior quality 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F vitrified tiles, coloured, superior quality 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&FCeramic tiles, coloured, superior quality 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:4 including demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,complete all as specified and directed

M & L Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1.4 exc 6m mean radius including Demolition of brick work built in CM completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering /plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm , for new surface preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, i, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of New plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and incl one coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of walls and applying Two coat of cement base paint over a coat 0f primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised Iron based plain steel sheeting 0.5 mm thick, with side lap and end lap of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPA ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing or in roof covering fixed with self taping screws (length & girth as fixed) including dismantling asbestos cement ridge complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of framed work of timber scantlings 40 sq cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L structural Steel work in tubular trusses trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee,angle,channel or flat sections ) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde.E-250) quality-B including special shaped washer etc complete using one or more tubes or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS:1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

S&F in repair suspended false ceiling with "E" Board / V-Board grid suspended ceiling grid system of grid size 600 x 600mm with GI frame work of main runner 38 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.4mm, cross tee 28 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.3mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 0.3mm using 4mm thick high pressure steam cured classic variant E-Board, designer pattern to be placed in the grid suspended by 2 x 2mm (cross ) dia GI wire at distance n. exc 1.2m center to center with butterfly clips including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair float ball valve 20 mm bore high presure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight not less than 210 grams) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair position rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 lts capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including dismatling of exisitng tank complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.Cleaning and moving all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. capacity 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair position rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 lts capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including dismatling of exisitng tank complete all as directed.

M & L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in with grey cement & no pigments over Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement mortar 1: 4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.
