Note : Cost of cutting /chasing/ plastering /colouring etc to match with disturbed surface shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S & F in repair single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket (MODULAR AC BOX) 4 module in sheet steel complete with single pole MCB 25 Amps 10 KA fixed properly on in concealed position all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unsv ceiling fan/Exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades and deposit to KV School store store yard. Note : Contractor should be deposit the handed over voucher to Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm BLDC type, 5 star rated, with regulator enable motor power input 27 watt with 10% tolerance, motor insulation B type , 240 Volt, 50 Hz, speed 350 rpm, 230 CMM air delivery, service value minimium 8.1 with complete 3 blade, canopy, down rod, shackle, fan fixing clamp, with all accessories including Nuts, bolts, washer required with all accessories including connecting the same to ceiling rose with using flexible copper conductor 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Contractor shall be quote the rate inclusive of hanging clamp suitable for 40 mm GI pipe.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for laying of cables and getting out including trimming of sides complete all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer compete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cutting /boring to plinth protection/ hard standing / road etc in suitable depth to across the GI pipe size upto 80 mm dia of bore for drawn through XLPE under ground cable for giving mechanical protection to cable complete all as directed. (Note : Quoted rate shall include the cost of required material for repairing to disturbed surface complete all as per existing site and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying 80 mm bore galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with all fittings,clamps, bolts, nuts and washers (ISI Marked) and fixing to the pole complete with all fittings, laid in trenches/fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

(i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I . (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.50m GI pipe and protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be paid separately under respective items hereinafter. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate. Note: Quoted rate shall be paid after getting resistance value satisfactorily (below 2.00 Ohm) and record will be submitted by the contractor.

The cable inside the board shall run in PVC reinforced flexible conduit including PCC work for fixing of board on bldg roof. The details to be written with computerised writing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
