S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be coverd with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail of either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed in the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, all as directed by Engineer -in -charge.

S&F Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, frame of the window should be with suitable section so that both glazed and gauzed shutters can be fitted to the same frame on both sides including one shop coat of red oxide primer.

S&F steel gauzed window shutters to the same frame as in item No 12 here-in-before without glazing bars including one shop coat of red oxide primer.

S&F Powder coated (Minimum thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 50 micron of approved colour) aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators (openable/ three track for sliding widows) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

Taking down aluminium shutter of any size and description, dismantling stiles and rails including glass panes/ particle board sheets carefully, refabricating and refixing in same position using all old material including replacement of required neoprene packing, cleats, screws and 2 Nos of 6 mm dia GI full thread bolt to the full width of shutter one each at top & bottom using 2 Nos of GI nuts at each stile with necessary Aluminium angle cleat screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
