M&L high mast is fabricated from steel plates conforming to BS-EN 10025, cut and folded to form a polygonal (min 20 sides) section, masts should be in two sections for 16 Mtr heights having only longitudinal weld conforming to BS 5135/AWS. The mast is provided with fully penetrated flange which is free from any laminations or incursions. The welded connection of the base flange is fully developed to the strength of the entire section. The base flange is provided with supplementary gussets between bolt holes to ensure elimation of helical stress concentration. For environmental protection of the mast, the entire fabricated mast is Hot Dip Galvanised (Single dip) internally and externally, having uniform coating thickness of 85 microns for bottom and 65 microns for top sections. The top section should be 3mm thick and bottom 4mm thick with door opening size 1000x300mm at base of the mast. The base plate should not be less than 670x670x25mm with 08 Nos bolts of M30 dia of length 850mm long (PCD of foundation bolts 460) and provision with lantern carrage made out of MS IS-2062 channel, MG-75 or 60mm square tube, 750 Kgs of load carrying capacity with double drum which oparated by motor 1.5KW/2.0HP or manual provided with stainless steel wire rope grade AISI-316,6mm dia of 3 Nos for lantern carriage and 02 Nos for doubel drum winch, 2350 Kgs per stainless steel rope of breaking capacity, construction 7/19 and providing of power tool integral motor re-reversible 180 to 260 RPM, 415 volts, and adjustable torque limitor all as directed. Trailing cables should have 5 core 4 Sqmm and have 06 Nos of LED (06 Nos of 1x200 watts accessories like super for all fittings) including Aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike with earth connected and all specifications are complete as specified and directed. (Note :- Necessory earth work of any type of soil, foundation, PCC/RCC work, removal and return filling of soil etc with the following specifications:- (i) Excavation in soft/loose soil of size 2.30x2.30x1.5mtr (ii) PCC (1:4:8) type D2 of size 2.30x2.30x0.10mtr (iii) RCC as in mat slab of size 2.10x2.10x.3mtr reinforced with 10mm TMT bars 250mm c/c both ways. (iv) RCC in pedestal of size 1.00x1.00x1.40 (1.10mtr below ground level and 0.30 mtr above GL) reinforced with 24 Nos of 12mm TMT bars with stirrups 8mm TMT @100 c/c. Mast structure should have design to sustain an assumed maximum reaction arising from wind speed as per IS-875(Part3) 1987(three seconds) which is measured at a height of 10mtrs above ground level. High mast should be suitable for a wind speed of 225 Kmph and as directed.)

M&L panel board weather proof, vermin proof, double door made out of MS sheet 16 SWG 600x600x300mm outdoor type suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, with aluminium bus bar strips of 100 Amps capacity with necessary clamps nuts, bolts and washers floor mounted type made with angle iron legs 25x25x6mm thick and painted with two coats of synthetic enammeled paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as directed. The following items are fitted in the panel board:- (a) Incomming:- MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole and rupturing capacity 10 KA - 01 No (Make:- L&T) (b) Timer daily setting type with synchronus motor (Make:-L&T/Legrand). (c) Contactor ML-3, 3 Pole. (d) Indicating lamps- 01 Set
