M&L for bituminious premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm (consolidated thickness) using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in Computerised Hot Mix Plant and spread by means of Self Propelled Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate of Rs 41.13 per Kg of grade VG-30 bitumen. However no adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item. (The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment)

M&L premixed bituminous macadam over primed surface of road using paving bitumen VG-30, laid/rolled by 8 to 12 tonne capacity roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix (Design Mix), complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.50 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers for achieving reflection on roads,pavementsand the like. Themoplastic requirement for glass shall be as per table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engr -in-charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x125mmx25 mm (shank 65 mm ) of high efficieny Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600 MA) consisting as per manufacturer's instruction etc. all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair delinator, at the top portion two high performance 100 mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70 mm x 30mm are fixed on both sides of guide post. The body of guide post is moulded in ABS plastic and it is fixed on power coated steel pipe of 1.00 mtr height fixed in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 300 x 300 x 300mm including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
