S&F new generation LED security light 20W capacity energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07. including 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe bend to the shape (1.2 mtr Appx long) fixed on the wall/pole with suitable size of clamps, nut and bolt and fastner and connection with the two core flexible copper wire all as specified and directed.

Sewage Disposal Providing, supplying and laying of DWC Pipe, Class-SN-8 structured wall polyethelene piping system of 150 mm internal dia(pipe with online / offline coupler and elastometric sealing ring) with non smooth external annular corrugeted and smooth internal surfaces (Double Wall) for non pressure underground Sewage & drianage application confirming to IS: 16098-2013 including all materials, labours, T&P required for proper completion of work complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for construction of fly ash bricks masonary valve pite chamber of size 900mmx900mmx900mm(internal dimensions) including necessary excavation & earth work, 100 mm thick pcc (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation, 230mm thick fly ash bricks works in cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on internal surface of valve pit and mild steel sheet cover 6mm thick and angle iron of size 50x50x6mm frame around of valve pit, sheet welded on all four corners, locking arrangment with pad lock of size 50 mm brass 6 levers and in duplicae key (Make-Godrej) or equivalent make as approved by GE complete incl two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on prepared steel surface complete etc complete as specified and directed.

External Electrification Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical cubical control panel board CPRI approved and IS 8623/93 factory assembled made outdoor pedestal type pillar box weather and vermin proof IP 54 fabricated. The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each corneal gear, front & back open able double door system lockable/open able by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks including having air vent vermin proof of suitable size duly painted with powder coating complete, earthing terminals with suitable rating aluminium bus bar for incoming/outgoing MCCB’s including extension link shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size” class insulator made of no hygroscopic non-combustible and Mounting measuring instrument such as Volt meter, Ammeter, Selector switches, CT’s Phase indicator lamps, toggle switches and including incoming and outgoing cables connection with suitable cable glands and grouting of feeder pillar box 60 cm above ground level by providing 90 cm long angle iron size 50 x 50 x 6 mm welded on all four corner embedded in PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded up to 30 cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Panel box shall consist of the undermentioned items : -

(a) 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars, 3 Nos for phase (R,Y,B) of rating 100 Amp and 1 for neutral rating 50 amp mounted on heavy duty rubberised / porcelain support.

(b) MCCB 63 Amp 4 pole 415V, 50 HZ with rupruturing capacity 25 KA adjustable thermal and magnetic setting type - 01 No (Incoming)

(c) MCCB 40 Amp 4 pole 415V, 50 HZ with rupruturing capacity 16 KA adjustable thermal and magnetic setting type - 01 No ( for JCO mess)

(d) MCB SPN 40 Amps - 01 Nos (outgoing for JCO single accn)

(e) MCB SPN 16 Amps - 01 Nos (outgoing for Scooter shed)

(f) Ammeter (0 to 500) amp, Digital type having scroll type switch with CT’s.

(g) Voltmeter (0 to 500) V, Digital type scroll type switch

(h) Indicator lamp LED type (set of 3)

(j) Labour charge incl fdn etc.

Supply and installation of desert cooler electric driven motor heavy duty with operating regulator(single phase) having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 cum per hours and gauge of sheet 1.6mm thick grill type front side up and down, horizontal and vertical adjustable PVC grill, three side fince type cabinet of min thickness 1.6mm with handle floor provision including water pipe connection with PVC pipe connection having brass coupling nuts at other ends and PVC float valve and other necessary fittings and electric plug connection with and including plug top 5 Amps complete all as specified and directed

S&F wall mounted air cooled voltage stabilizer 2 KVA for automatic voltage correction single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 160V to 260V with output voltage stabilized at 220 volts +9% volt and high low voltage out off with facility of incl instant start & time delay relay of 3 minute capacity connected all as specified and directed.

6.
