M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 over green concrete surface, mixed with liquid water proofing compound(WPC) as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in padding (consolidated thickness 50mm) laid over roof slab to make good the depression and slope of 1:30 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Atactic Polypropylene (APP) polymeric water proofing treatement to roof, at any height, using membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.0 kg per sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt (Weight not less than 150 gram per Sqm), with properties of high penetration and centre core consisting of 90 micron, high molecular high density polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layers with thermo fusible finish laid by force application after applying compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 litre per Sqm, torching over laps with a propane or butane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side on transverse direction and 150 mm at the ends on longitudinal direction and sealing including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm below APP including applying one coat of heat repellant bitumen aluminum paint @ 0.10 litre per sqm on top of the treated surface of roof complete all as specified & directed . Notes: (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) Contractor shall submit Security deposit as a guarantee against Water proofing treatment as specified.

M&L cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast articles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class B, burnt clay bricks of old size, designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5mtr clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork to complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water including removal of debris outside the MoD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering cement plaster 15mm thick (in two layers) in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work as in wall mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Notes : (i) The plastering shall be done in two layers i.e. 1st layer of 10mm thick and 2nd layer of 5mm thick. (ii) Water Proofing Compound (WPC) shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of un-reinforced plain cement concrete (PCC) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris outside the MoD land complete all as specified & directed

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path, finished even & smooth without using extra cement with & including 12mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for providing the concrete in alternate bays not exceeding 3 Mtrs length. (ii) 30 mm deep joints between the bays shall be provided which shall be filled with mastic filling with hot bitumen 85/25 grade and 1:2 mix volume.

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub bases of floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L providing & laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC), ISI marked complete all as specified & directed. Make: Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW or equivalent of Fosroc / Sika / STP

Dismantling of water tanks from any position/location, of any make etc and removing to store, capacity exceeding 500 Ltr but not exceeding 1000 Ltr complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces as in wall, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint over & including one coat of 3mm thick wall care putty to achieve smooth surface finish on newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified & directed. Note: Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of wall care putty.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over & including one coat alkali resistant primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel works as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises to outside the MoD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square / rectangular), polished, light shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in vertical surfaces(skirting, Dado etc) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering plaster/backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 25mm thick plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in sub bases to floor complete all as specified & directed.

M&L prepolished cement concrete chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm, 25mm thick, with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, heavy duty, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement & pigment as in floors over & including screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square / rectangular), polished, light shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid dry or laid dry & pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20mm - 25mm thick (size not less than 550mm x 550mm) as in flooring, set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish laid over & including screed bed / bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed

M&L machine cut kota stone slab 20mm - 25mm thick (size compatible to floor) as in vertical surfaces (skirting, dado, riser, steps), set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish laid over & including rendering plaster or backing coat of 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed

For Credit Schedule refer Tender documents. The amount of Credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive Contract sum.
