M & L for valve chamber cover made out of mild steel plain sheet 3.15mm thick as in cover for existing valve chamber along with provision of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm cut to length, bent to shape, welding and fabricate to requiredd shape/ size incl necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut/ bolts etc with two coats of black paint, one under coat of red oxide incl taking out the old unsv valve chamber cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair to valve chamber of 1.5x1.7x1.2 Mtr within brick masonary valve chamber, PCC foundation, plastering and necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with locking arrangement with necessary fixing matrials like hinges, nut/bolts etc (valve chamber cover shall be opened in two halves) and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified in Particular Specification Clause No 14.7 and as directed.

Supply, installation , commissioning and testing of LT Panel Board Indoor type factory made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick dust & vermin proof , front and rear opening shutters having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof, antirusted powder coated including aluminium Bus Bar of 250 Amps rating of suitable length, 440 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz mounted on suitable type of insulators. complete with bottom removable gland plates, as required, all internal connection wiring by min. 2.5 Sqmm. copper wires, Panel shall be comprising of seperate chambers / modules / compartment to accomodate incomer MCCB, outgoing MCCB and instrument chamber comprise of digital Ammeter & voltmeter flush mounted, selector switches, RYB indicator ,CT's, etc complete mounted on suitable size of MS angle frame stand of minimum 450 cm height from ground l;evel incl PCC and earh work required to fix the stand , The panel board shall be comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge :- (a) Incommer - MCCB 4 POLE 415 V 200 A (35 kA) - 01 Nos (b) On Load Change Over 200 Amp 4 Pole - 01 Nos Outgoing (a) MCCB 4 POLE 415 V 125 A (16 kA) )- 02 Nos (b) MCCB 4 POLE 415 V 63 A (16 kA) - 03 Nos (c) Blank chamber - 01 Nos with din rail sutable for fixing 03 Nos TP/TPN MCBs (d) Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter for 15 HP submersible pump -02 (1 + 1 Standby)( Over Voltage , Over Current , Phase Sequence , Earth Fault Protction and Over Load Protection ) (e) Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter for 12.5 HP Centrifugal pump -04 (2 +2 standby) ( Over Voltage , Over Current , Phase Sequence , Earth Fault Protction and Over Load Protection ) (f) Three phase protection ( Over Voltage , Over Current , Phase Sequence , Earth Fault Protction and Over Load Protection ) Note : MCCBs shall have adjustable thermal setting All kA values indicated shall be Ics breaking capacity. Taking out existing unserviceable/ broken / damaged CI sluice valve 200 mm dia bore of pipefrom its existing location and Supply & fixing CI sluice valve of size 200mm dia stainless steel, spindle CI body class –I, PN-1.6 ISI marked both end flanged and drilled and fixed by means of new nuts, bolts and washer including providing rubber gasket of suitable thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of unservicable CI non return valve type IS 5312 flanged ends 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing gland packing of sluice valve including nut, bolts of suitable size 80 mm to 200 mm bore etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DI Pipe fitting (Tee,bends any type,radius and angle) tapers any type ( straight,bend,increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc.) junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs of all size dia DI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, not exceedings 1.5 Meters in width and not excedings 1.5 Meters in depth for laying of Cast Iron/Ductile Iron pipes or Steel water tubings etc and getting out including forming bottom surface and sides all as specified and as directed. NOTE : while removing the pipe line. Contractor shall replaced the broken item with new as per existing . The quoted rates including for all the materials / T&P / machinery used in this item no material can paid / measured seperately

Returning filling-in,of soft/ loose soils, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceedings 25 Cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus excavated material (Soil) not exceedings 50 Meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Meters above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down cast iron water mains incl all fittings, with spigot and socket ends and lead joint in trenches size 200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing Ductile Iron pipes of size150 mm bore with spigot and socket ends centrifugal cast, class K-9 suitable for rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement moratar lining with Portland slag cement and external metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen coating as per IS 8329 in any lenght complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the exixting DI / CI pipe of size 150mm and same size/ reducing the required length before laying for inserting of new DI specials such as Tees/Reducers/ Collers/ Sluice Valve etc complete all as specified and directed Note :- DI specials and earth work will be measured and paid sepretely )

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4.0mm dia at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire and arrangement of watering pipe incl PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing and dismantling ,taking down old unser earthing all as directed Note: (i) Rate of Earth work, Earthing electrode, all connections, nut-bolts washers, complete labour, testing, Earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, char coal dust, common salt, porcelain insulator, PCC earth Pit, CI frame ,RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh are incl in quoted rate and watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe, test poit, earth lead exceeding 7.5 mt are measured and paid separately

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 120 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc complete all as specified and directed Note: (i) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways and Aluminium thimbles/lugs are incl in the quoted rates. (ii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for sand cushoning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for sub class `B` bricks for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel out door type made out of 3.15 mm thick and size 1.5 mx1.5 m x 0.60 mtr CRCA sheet, suitable angle iron frame for structure and base, copper busbar 1000 amps rated with SMC busbar supports - 04 Nos, dust/vermin proof, epoxy powder coated siemens grey painting over a coat of red oxide primer inside/outside of the panel, double shuttered with locking arrangements, cable alley, anodized aluminium with black background with white engraved letter of name plates, schematic diagram for distribution, rubber gaskets, cable glands and internal copper wirings with appropriate lugs complete including necessary civil works and making good disturbed surfaces with following accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in repair of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or fixed on wall with porcelain insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Busbar Chamber suitable size for set of 04 aluminium busbar 1000 Amps rating ,supported with suitable size as per direction, each of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral, The Chamber shall be fixed 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring alongwith earth wire, single core cable, 2x25 Sqmm+1x16 sqmm, PVC insulated PVC unsheathed stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable in and including PVC concealed/ surface conduit of earth wire with 1x16 Sq mm copper cable fixed along with the sub main in PVC conduit and connecting to earth dolly and including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note:Two runs of submain wiring earth wire and one run of conduit pipe shall be measured as single Run

M & L for taking out existing LT panel installed at Signal Section building includig removal of electric disconnection of all LT cables for repairing , servicing and replacement of LT panels unsv part including complete breakable accesories such as partialy open door , breakable door , Unsv Al bus bar , unsv locking arrangement, repairing of LT Panel legs, welding work , all cable disconnecting items/ T&P items must be included in rate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for re-fixing / Re - Installed of exisiting LT Panel (taking out agaist item No 38) any capacity, any size , any tpye (indoor or outdoor type), (disconnected against item No 38 ) after repairing / servicing including cleaning properly of all parts ,removing dust, carbon deposits etc of connections, making all connections and re-installation of existing LT panel to same location or any other location after painting of LT panel including removing old dust partical,oily porytion by rubbing with sand paper with spary pump, and writing /digital printing, Capacity Descripton, date of installation,etc with complete electrical connection with existing cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: quoted rate includes neceassry PCC work , Excavtaion , removal , retruning filling including disconnection and reconnection of cables , for any size any capacity LT Panel.

Labour only for taking out from trenches, wall, pole , Pipe, PCC, under ground, etc exsisting cable LT 1100 volt grade heavy duty , armoured with steel strip of wire , with stranded aluminium conductor of any size, any core, for seggregation of serviceable cable length ,unserviceable cable length and unuse cable length by meggering or any other suitable and recommended method including disconnection and re-connection of Cables. Removing unserviceable and unuse cable lenght from site and keeping aside serviceable for reuse at same location or any other location complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective item.
