M&L for water proofing cement based wall care putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the newly plastered / old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even & smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with wall sander L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 240 grit or above having dia of 7" / 9" to make the surface free from dust , loose paint etc, by skilled labour with the following steps . Step 1 - Mix the putty powder by adding 40 to 50% water as per manufacturer instruction and mixed it with putty mixer ( truecare putty mixer with minimum 1400 watt power having mixer rod of industrial steel grade 45 with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 Kg putty per minute). Step 2 - Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty by graco spray machine ( Model EH 230D!) or equivalent having the DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of maximum 6 Ltr/ minute with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041". M & L for one coat of acrylic water based interior / exterior grade primer @0.9 Itr (undiluted ) /10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of minimum 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified & directed. M & L for apply two coats of oil bound distemper on wall or ceiling surface using airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable for operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed. M & L for two coat of water based premium quality acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved colour on external wall surface with silicone additive & colour stay technology, excellent dirt pick up resistance of approved make with low VOC less than 50, anti fungal properties in two coats @1.79 Itr (undiluted) /10 Sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio as per manufacturer instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of approved make having an electric motor of min 1HP with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both coats of paints with 8 years performance warranty from manufacture and instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note against item No 1 to 7 :- (a) The preparatory and application work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be excited from authonzed applicator duly certified by manufacturer of the Paint, Distemper, Putty etc Before execution of work necessary approval shall be taken from GE with all documentary evidences. (b) Where the items executed upto 10 mtr height, necessary scaffolding props, jacks, shuttering & ladder shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement and the same is included in unit rates quoted. Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/height with all safety precaution i.e. Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes, Safety Masks, Safety Helmet, Salery harness, Safety Goggles etc without safety precaution this work will not be commenced as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. NO extra cost shall be paid for such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (c) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department. The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (d) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n.exe 1.00 K m all as directed by Engineer -in charge. (e) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall. (c) The contractor shall enter a 'Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) duly notarised (not later than 03 months old) with manufacturer mentioned in the particular specification. Work shall only be commenced when MoU shall be submitted by the Contractor. Validity of MOU shall be valid during the currency of the work. However during delect liability period if any defect noticed contractor shall only be responsible for rectification of the same. (d) Insurance for each worker shall be provided during currency of the work. Same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) Masking / covering of windows/ door during spray painting using polythene film shall be deemed to ne included in the quoted rate. (f) No payments for additional shall be paid to the contractor. (g) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats, etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (h) Completion of the work will not be issued without proper cleaning of site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for oblitering of old writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm height for writing Bldg Nos, Block Nos and Quarter Nos etc. and rewriting with synthetic enamel paint to match with existing letters and rewriting the letters upto four story complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewriting or repainting of existing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30cm high with synthetic enamel paint complete. complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based materials by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces or steel base material of any description not otherwise described, surface exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with paint sprayers, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted of approved shade over a coat of alkali resistant primer over & including 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wall and applying one coat of water based premium quality acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved colour on external wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for crack filling with water proof cement based wall care putty as required over the plastered or painted wall / ceiling surface of external / internal after scrapping to prepare the surface complete by skilled manpower & making good to facing where required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with & including WPC (liquid form) @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces of RCC or brick complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for half brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required for concealed water tubing and making good cutting not exc. 10 cm girth in brick walls complete all as specified and directed

M&L for surface preparation by minor / major cleaning work, removal of algae and filling of bricks joints with polymer modified mortar using Smart care SRP complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for making of angle fillets all around the periphery of the wall / floor with polymer modified mortar using smartcare SRP complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply and apply high build elastomeric water proofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray / brush applied, PU AQUA membrane with an elongation of 450% and tensile strength exceeding 1.5 N/ Sqmm as per ASTD D 2370, crack bridging ability of 4 mm as per ASTM AS-NZ 4548, no leakage upto 7 bars of water pressure as per BS EN 12390- 8. The system includes final base preparation, Apcoflor HFP 130 epoxy primer application and applying PU AQUA or equivalent in two coats with a consumption of 1.8 Kg/ Sqm on a primed surface with primer and a 40 GSM fibre mesh sandwiched in between etc complete as per manufacturer,s specification complete all as specified and directed. M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab consisting with following operations:- (i) Existing surface shall be cleaned of all dust, fungus, moss and other foreign material etc by using wire brush & dusting. (ii) Apply a layer of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 liter/ sqm on plaster surface. (iii) After primer the entire roof surface shall be applied with hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (iv) Over hot bitumen, polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3mm thickness consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film and standard weight 3 Kg/Sqm applied with hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade Conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm shall be laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacture's Instruction and strict supervision of manufacture's technical representative. Note- The laying of the membrane shall be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers') Manufacturer : Asian / Dr Fixit / Pidilit.

S&F for 20mm thick size 300x300mm PCC tiles machine pressed, factory made as per IS-1237-1980 laid over a bedding layer of 20mm screed in cement mortar 1:4. The cement mortar screed shall be mixed with polymer based liquid water proof additive @ 5% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specification/instructions and tiles joints shall be filled with polymer based cement proof joint filler manufactured by approved company complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for heavy duty roof cool tiles, coloured, superior quality of 300x300x10mm thick as in roof / tarrace floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed
