S&F rolled mild steel section work as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding door fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and cooler stand and similar work confirming to Fe 410W(Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick, Trapezoidal roofing profile with 190 mm Pitch & 29 mm depth of profile of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws as specified & directed.

Dismantling wall and celling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) any thickness including cover fillets as directed.

S&F false ceiling with Everest Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the design (oceanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down wall panelling and similar work of any type incl removing to store or from store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 5mm thick PVC wall panelling of wooden texture and of any other shade as approved by Engr-in-charge including all accessoaries for fixing into wall, including PVC fillets 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame , PVC strips solvent, epoxy,corner and top finishes with beading,complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Rajshri Plastiwood/Black Cobra and equivalant make

S&F of 8mm thick HDF wooden laminate flooring of locking profile solution and of herringbone or staggered parallel pattern and of wooden texture and of any other shade as approved by Engr-in-charge including all accessoaries for fixing over floor, fillets,solvent,epoxy,corner and sides finishes with bedding,complete all as specefied and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding, and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square /Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as the item above but as in skirting but tile laid over 10mm thick CM (1:4) plaster complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 600 x 300 x 7mm thick tiles on walls, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tile over and including cement mortar 1:4, 10mm thick plaster complete all as spd & directed.

M/L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchand in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc laid / bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M & L for 20mm thick granite on kitchen platform and similar work over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid over sand stone slab machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs on edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation. complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick wall, ceiling incl. Raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/ brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar as in portion ordered and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on fair surfaces of walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation new plastered surfaces of wall and providing two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down & stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint, in any colour complete all as specified and as directed

Description same as per above item but applying subsequent coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing of surfaces of walls, pillasters, cornices etc by washing, rubbing down & stopping etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper in any colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer on surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
