M&L for LED driver for street Light 80 to 120 W as per sample or directed for LED street light of any make i.e : CG / Havells/ Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundation filling of poles or stays and for rerouting of cables.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required.

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable bore for cable protection pipe upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level.

Taking out carefully unserviceable LT UG cable up to 240 Sqmm from trenches and relaying same after repairs in same or other indicated location and testing on completion complete all as directed.( Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 6 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm all as spfd and directed.

Supply and laying to wall or poles or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium multistranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm nominal cross section 2 core in service connections all as required and directed. Make of cable : Gloster/Havells/ Paragon/ Grandlay/Kalinga. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm core all as spfd and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe PVC insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core.Make of cable ICL/ICC/Gloster/Havells/ Paragon/ Grandlay/Kalinga. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

Make : Denson/ M seal/ 3 M.

M & L for making 2 hole of 14 mm dia on the existing LT Steel pole at height of 1.5 mtr from GL and top of the pole near to bracket for inserting 2 core, 4 sqmm cable from junction box to street lights all as specified and directed.

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of LT/HT over head line for repairs. Re-stretching of ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag and rebinding to the insulators using alumn/GI binding wire and making all existing cable connections all as required at site.

S & F in replacement of street light bracket made out of GI tubing, light grade, 25/32/40mm bore, 1000mm long, bent to shape at 120 degree, fixed on pole by providing two sets of MS clamp made up of flat iron 40 x 6mm including bolts, nuts and washer of suitable size including painting the bracket & clamp with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, cross arms, clamps, supports made of channels or angle section etc including nuts and bolts and setting aside all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacemet cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.)

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old steel tubular pole any size/ length and making good all disturbed surface to match with existing specifications all as directed.

Supply, erecting and installation of steel tubular, swaged, pole of overall length 9 meter having maximum tensile strength 42 Kgf/mm2 of type 410 SP-31 conforming to IS-2713-1980, single swan neck made out of 50 mm dia MS pipe 1.5 mtr long to be jointed on top of LT pole incl fabrication work for fixing street light. A through hole of 14 mm dia shall be provided at height of 2.5 mtr from base plate for inserting 2 core cable from junction box to top of the pole and top portion shall be fabricated for fixing street light fittings including earth work complete with cast iron base plate, having suitable dia of hole through the pole with nuts & bolts for earthing arrangement, bottom portion of tubular steel pole having 165.10 mm outer dia in 5 meter length, 4.5 mm wall thickness, middle portion having 139.70 mm outer dia in 2 metre length 4.5 mm wall thickness and top portion having 114.30 mm outer dia in 2 meter length, 3.65 mm wall thickness of pole wall, respectively, bottom MS square plate duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint throughout, internally and externally up to planting depth and painting remaining portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint to the entire exposed surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer making / pasting three nos circular strips each of 100 mm wide with one yellow and 02 Nos black colour strip synthetic enamel paint and marking / stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint including necessary excavation & earth work, removing excavated soil from site complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Necessary Excavation and earth work, PCC Work for foundation / erection of pole assembly will be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply, fixing, testing and comissioning of automatic street light switch of capacity 8 KW in single phase using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals enclosed in pole / wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box (Make: Sintex) conforming to IP54, including mounting arrangement with suitable size of FI clamps 02 Nos with complete acessories as under including taking down old street light switch complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting electrically, dismantling and taking out existing street light junction box any size/type from PCC/steel pole and refixing on same pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc after repair including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer on iron/steel parts and making electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 11 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line / for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and existing surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint & painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of yellow fluorescent paint (up to 1.5 mtr height) through out the circumference of pole (width of each strip shall be of 30 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of PCC pole up to 9 mtr height for parameter lights without removing accessories with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint .Colour washing the pole above 1.5 mtr height using snowcem of approved colour including painting the steel parts i.e clamps, channels etc by applying one coat of alumn paint all as required at site or directed.

Demolition & dismantling of cement concrete in ground floors and paving for making trench for laying XLPE cable etc including removing the debris from the site

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm grade stone aggregate for filling the pavings / trenches / foot path etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of solar panel 100 Wp on steel pole of height not more than 8 mtr for solar street light 24 W of make Havells.

S & F in replacement of solar charge controller on steel pole of height not more than 8 mtr for solar street light 24 W of make Havells.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI strip of size 32x6 mm up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of brass and protected by light grade 40mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing making test point and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified & directed.
