Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth lead 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50 mm thick pre cast RCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab framed with 50X30X4 mm MS angle (reinforced with 6 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar) including providing charcoal or coke and magnesium sulphate in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (medium grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect., GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected to the earth bar (test point) made of MS flat (400X32X6 mm) bend in ‘D’ shape and fixed to wall by means of fast nut or bolt grouted in to wall at 1 mtr from plinth height. 4sqmm PVC insulated (colour green) copper conductor single run as earth continuity conductor along with 15 mm PVC conduit grouted in wall or fixed on wall surface to be continued up to main switch board and fix with common earth dolly as directed by EIC . Disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 40 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of Earth Strip/cables, on roof/pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches. Make:- JINDAL, TATA, PRAKASH.

Supply and fixing in repair of wooden doors with hinges and paint with colour as existing on Meter box/ DB Box complete all as specified and directed.
