Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6mm, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified & directed by. Note: Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 15 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’

Supply, install, fixing and commissioning split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR, five star rated, invertor type with cordless remote control unit and in built air ioniser, plasma filter for better indoor air quality, star rated suitable for wall mounted, single phase, 230/250 volt AC including breaking necessary hole in wall for fixing indoor and outdoor unit and making good to disturbed surfaces with cement mortar to match with existing finishes after commissioning, making necessary connections unplasticised PVC pipes medium duty 20 mm dia for draining out condensed water all as required including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Quoted rates deem to be included cost of drain pipe, copper tubing and 2.5 sqmm multi standard copper cable (all 3 mtr length), backet,wall mounted AC Stand, hole in brick wall etc. (ii) Air conditioner shall be of make Carrier /Daikin / Blue star / Voltas. (iii) Installation and commissioning to be done through OEM/its authorised service centre / dealer.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, insatllation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer of capacity 250 KVA outdoor type complete with stranded fitting accessories, HT 11 KV, 3 Phase 4 wire, LT 433 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage + 7½ % with tappings at every 2½ % all as per IS 1180-2014 level 2, copper wound oil cooling with fins vector Group: DYN 11, including initial oil fitting complete all as specified including the following accessories:-

Supply , installations , testing & commissioning of 11 KV of rating 630 Amp RMU unit outdoor type (IP-54) protection duly painted(Paint shade in painted Alu Zn/RAL 7032 on sheet steel for door and covers), VCB type I RMU( RING Main unit) four way comprising of three numbers insulated load break switch as outgoing and one number Vacuum Circuit Breaker as incoming inside . RMU should be provided with Copper Bus bar , one number fault passage indicator with each incoming and outgoing mechanism for interlocking arrangements for powered relay complete with all accessories as under.(a) RMU type installation Outdoor Extensible type, arc proof as per IEC: 62271-200 for design Manufacturing and testing. The RMU must have the following features/specification:- INCOMER :- VCB should have following specification :- (i) Rated Voltage upto -12KV (ii) Rated power frequency withstand voltage -28KV(iii) Rated lighting impulse withstand voltage –should be minimum 125KVP (iv) Rate d current for ring main feeder -630A (v) Rated current for VCB feeder -630A (vi) Rated short-time current-21 KA/3 Sec(vii) Rate Short making current -50KA (viii) Ambient temperature (-1 degree Celsius to +45degree Celsius), (ix) Degree of protection against accidental contact and ingress of foreign objects must be assured as under:- (aa) Main electric circuits : IP-67(ab) Fuse compartment IP3X (ac) Operating mechanism –IPXC ,(ad) Cable connection compartment-IPXC with site replaceable cable bushing . OUTGOING :-(i) Each load break Switches includes:- (a) three position switches with position ON-OFF -EARTH (b) Manual operated spring mechanism ON-OFF-EARTH (c) Mechanical indicators for position ON-OFF-EARTH , (d) Mimic diagram at the front facia of RMU , (e) Capacitive Voltage indicator , (f) Padlocking facility , (g) Fault passage indicator for Earth Fault .(ii) Right angled Cable boots -3x sets (iii)The quoted rate shall be demmed to include cost of PCC foundation and PCC plateform of suitable size as per OEM recommendation 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) over 100 mm thick hard core of 63 mm complete. Make of RMU: ABB/SCHNEIDER/SIEMENS or as specified in particular specification.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 3.15 mm thick buried direcly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground lev el with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part I and earth wire protected by galvanized pipe light grade 40mm bore and thorugh test point including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chember with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Notes: (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order (iii) Items includes cost of 7.5 metre earth lead strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

Supply & fixing test point terminal block made of gun metel or phosphorus bronze size 75x75 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head copper screw complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for Outdoor termination kit complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 300/240 sqmm, outdoor type complete all as pecified and directed.

Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning CPRI approved electrical cubical control panel board (in replacement) factory assembled made outdoor type feeder pilar box double door type wheather and vermin proof fabricated of 3.15 mm CRCA MS Sheet of suitable size, 3 phase 4 wire 415 V AC 50Hz complete duly painted with powder coating complete with locking arrangement, earthing termimal with suitable rating copper strips for incoming/outgoing MCCB's including and mounting measuring instrument such as Volt meter, Ammeter, selector switch, CTs phase indicator lamp with holder, toggle switches and backelite fuse cut outs etc including incoming and outgoing cables connections with suitable cable glands and end termination including grouting of feeder pillar box 60 cm above ground level by providing 90 cm long angle iron size 50x50x6mm welded onall four corner embedded in PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded upto 30cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge (Feeder piller box shall be consisting the following:-

(a) High conductivity aluminium busbar (Set of 4 strips), 4 Nos TPN of suitable for 400 Amps rating ,(RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set. (b) Phase indication lamp, LED type(set of 3) -1 Set (c) Ammeter anolog type having measuring range (0-500) Amps with CTs etc including rotary switch to measure load of each phase. (d) Volt meter having measuring range (0-500) volt with rotary switch to measure voltage of phase R.Y.B (e) Grouting of panel including earth work as required PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 using 20 mm gradeded stone & plastering with (1:4 )cement sand etc complete. (f) OFF load ChangeOver of capacity 400 Amp, 4 Pole, 415 volt: 01 Nos.

(g) INCOMMING: MCCB 4 Pole 320 Amp 415 volt thermal adjustable ,type with 36 KA breaking capacity & spreader both side as Incomming cotrol device : 01 Nos. (h) OUTGOING: MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amp 415 volt thermal adjustable ,type with 36 KA breaking capacity & spreader both side as outgoing cotrol device: 02 Nos. (j) MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amp 415 volt thermal adjustable ,type with 36 KA breaking capacity & spreader both side as outgoin cotrol device: 03 Nos.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing pit (Tripod Chemical Earthing) made of 'Grid' chemical earth enhancing, non-ferrous compound containing no carbon or graphite which include-(i) Three Nos 3000mm long 50mm dia copper bonded "Earth Elctrode" prefilled with compound and stainless steel fasteners, HDPR lockable earth pit cover cum inspection chamber along with 150 Kgs of Earth Enhancement, high conductive, corrosion resistant, non ferrous compound containing no carbon or graphite including bore hole of 150-200mm and depth upto 3.3 mtr (approx.). (ii) Copper earthing strip 25x3mm for interconnection of all three pits alongwith necessary clamps and nuts bolts. (iii) Any other accessories including design modification to achieve the required earth termination rod resistance valve below 1 Ohms or as per the OEM/International Standard recommendation (iv) Mark earth result date with Paint.

S&F rechargeable LED lamp, 9 Watt, 220-240 Volt, 50 Hz of battery capacity 2100-2400 Mah with minimum 4 hour back up time complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, commissioning, erecting and testing complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silient (sound proof enclosure) Disel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 62.5 KVA, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangements, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Bamrauli (capacity of engine, alternators shall worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5m all around for ease of movement and 0.5m height), anti-vibration pads complete all as specified and directed, including RECD device to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of followings:-

DIESEL ENGINE Diesel engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, 6 cylinder, four stroke, conforming to conforming to IS:100001 / ISO3046 / BS:649 / BS:5514 amended upto date, for continous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivery 62.5 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bamrauli ( Taking all derating factor into consideration) fitting with the following accessories subject ot the design of manufacturer:- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. (ii) Air cleaner oil bath type (iii) Electronic Governor class 1 A with back up Mechanical governor class 1A Flywheel with starter ring (iv) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level. (v) Radiator cooling (vi) Radiator fan with guard (vii) Vaccum indicator (viii) Fuel filter and fuel houses (ix) Fuel injection pump (FIP)

(x) Fan and water pump assesembly (xi) Lub oil filter and pump (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type started motor including adequate number of high capacity maint free lead acid bty as per manufacturer recommendation including inter connecting cables/leads with terminals complete with starting/stopping switch voltmeter, etc 01 set. (xiii) Engine safety shut down system against low oil pressure and high water pressur. (xiv) Exhaust gas driven turbo charge. (xv) Oil filter (xvii) Engine main manual with spare part li (xviii) Suitable designed acoustic enclosure as per CPCB regulations (xix) Any other item not included / specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.

Engine instrument panel: Engine instrument panel shall comprising of the following:- (i) Starting on /off switch. (ii) water temp auge. (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator (iv) Lub oil pressure gauge (v) Lub oil temperature gauge (vi) Battery charging meter (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure. (viii) Any other item not included/specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.

ALTERNATOR (Make: Kirloskar electric co/ Crompton/ Stemford) shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 62.5 KVA continous operation at the speed of 1500RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz three phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible couping and conforming to IS-4722 complete-01 No. Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site condition.

Common fabricated base frame for engine and alternator made from structural channel, jerk proof PCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads all as per manufacture recommendations is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. Bottom mounted (or as per manufactures design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 12 hrs continous operation inside canopy with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specifided and directed. Bypass arrangement by providing separate panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 160 Amp is to be installed near AMF panel complete all as specified and directed. Following accessories shall aslo be provided: - (i) Hour run meter. (ii) Any other item not included/ specified but is a standard design to the manufacturer.

AMF CONTROL PANEL: Supply, fabricating and testing of factory mounted cubical automatic main failure panel with degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS-2147, suitable for 62.5 KVA capacity DG Set, fabricated using 14 Gauge CRCA sheet, powder coated comprising of suitable rated bus bar, internal wiring with control fuse, provn of connecting incoming and outgoing leads/ bus bar as approved with and including following accessories:- (i) Master switch for auto/manual/reset/off-01 No. (ii) Ammeter digital type, 96X96 mm with CT's-03 Nos aux supply 230 vlts, AC, acuracy class1. (iii) Voltmeter digital type 96x96 mm to read 0-500 volts supply 230 volts, accuracy class 1.0. (iv) Digital frequency meter-01 No aux supply 230 volts, AC. (v) Push button start, stop, reset-01 No. (vi) Set of lamp for indicating load a set, low pressure, high cylinder temperature, load on mains, set fails at start, low oil presure. (vii) Transformer of adequate rating. (viii) Ractifiers (ix) DC ampere meter and voltmeter (x) Fault accept / reset push button. (xi) Set of relays and contactor suitable for 62.5 KVA DG Set for automatic start and automatically shut down of suitable rating and capacity adjustable to 70 to 100% and 2 Nos MCCB 4 pole, 160 Amp, 25 KA fixed on main supply and DG set supply. (xii) Make of AMF control panel shall be as per OEM recommendations.
