M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor 1200/1400 mm sweep any make with super enameled copper winding wire ISI marked of gauge as per existing including cutting and getting out old US winding, sleeve work, varnishing , threading incl. making connections with three core copper flexible wire of suitable size and reassembling the same and two coats of synthetic enamel paints with spray painting and writing MES number ind. cleaning the fan with cleaning materials or thimmbles after testing at full load with blades to the entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rewinding work of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ cabin/wall mounted fan shall be carried out inside the camp area at the location provided by department.

M&L for replacement of exisitng unsv meter box with polystrene polycarbonate hinged door, with transparent lid, meter box of size 168 x 253 x 115 mm in accordance with IEC 60670- 24 with IP 65 protection with IEC 60529, corrosion proof suitable for single phase energy meter, internally embedded polyurethane gasket for lid, metric size knock out for cable entry from top and bottom. Meter box should be able to adpt any make of meter complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Taking down existing meter and refixing in new meter box shall be deemed in quoted rate. (ii) Rates include making connections from meter to DB with minimum 4 sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor cable incl. providing pin/ bottle type copper thimbles shall be part of Job. (iii) All wires shall be drawn in PVC flexible conduit of suitbale dia.

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board, double door with IP-43 protection single phase 240 volts 8 way, including suitable size copper bus bar and neutral link fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification .

Disconnecting and taking down old energy meter and Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of smart RF single Phase meter with AC single phase two wire, tamper proof static meter of class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 10 A to 60 A confirming to IS-16444 and relevant IEC standards within built 865-867 MHz Radio frequency communication facility with self healing Mesh network with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti temper features, Microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuitry. Meter should support sending the 15/30 mint instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing survey for cumulative energy and Max demand to software data. Meter should have connect/disconnect functionality operable from MDM/billing software and prepaid features should be MDM/billing end as per IS-15959 part 2. The meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software complete all as directed. Dismantling of existing meter panel board removing existing energy meter keeping safe custody and Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type wall mounting size min (980X 650X245), Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made Meter Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel type wall mounted on mounting structure RAL 7016. The meter panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive & fully transparent Door for meter vision. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report in polycarbonate only degree of ingress protection IP65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane and enclosure make. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1.

The CPRI test report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable.. The panel should passed glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 flame retardant and self-extinguishing complete all as directed with and incl the following (a) Provision for existing electric energy meter - 04 nos in separate chamber with locking arrangement. (a) Four pole MCCB 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA having fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release and spreader link at both incoming and incoming side - 01 No. (b) MCB DP 32 Amp 10 KA , C Curve - 4 Nos (To be connected with 4 Nos Meters) (c) MCB DP 06 Amp 10 KA, C Curve - 1 No (For common lighting + Bldg Security Lights) (d) Ten Nos terminal blocks provided for output supply.
