Labour for boring, holes for inserting of 50/80 mm bore GI pope under the road/hard standing or any other location not less than 1200 mm deeep complete all as specified and ditected.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size for 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Centrifuging will be done while running of transformer.

M&L for transformer oil for top up in transformer. Note : Sealed container only will be brought at site with minimum BDV 45 KV complete all as specified and directed. Make : Transol, Power, Savita.

Replacement of silica gel breather assembly including silica gel of transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity 250-400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of HT bush Insulator complete with rod as per existing material & size and nut suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer of 250 KVA to 400 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of LT bushing with leather gasket Insulator complete with rod as per existing material & size and nut suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer of 250 KVA to 400 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of transformer capacity upto 250 to 400 KVA with two coats with synthetic enamel paint with spray gun over a coat of red oxide primer including filling putty in cavaties at site complete incl surface preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for maintenance of 2 pole structure and taking out all old connection/jumpers and fixing fresh jumpers with proper lugs nut/bolts and tightening all incoming and outgoing connection, properly winging with conductor including servicing/greasing of existing GODs and testing for smooth operation and proper alingment of contacts including replacement of any part of fixed/moving contact complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of two pole structure of 11m steel poles with cross arms, bracings, clamps of any length and shape for HT power supply upto 11 KV with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15cm dia yellow circle & marking three black & two yellow bands width 30cm by fluorescent paint,from bottom of pole above coping to 1.5 mtr height,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of lightning arrestor suitable for 11 KV grade,expulsion type, complete with all fitting transmission class for outdoor discharge capacity 65KA, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L danger notice plate for HT 25 x 20cm x 1.5mm thick mild steel sheet,vitreous enameled white with letters,figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts and nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of MCCB 4 pole 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA adjustable,theremal magnetic release type all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of MCCB 4 pole 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA adjustable, theremal magnetic release type all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600X600X6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not les than 2.25 M deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below GL) connected with GI earth strip of 32X6 mm as earthing leads by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers beside Welding / brazing at all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work. GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for protection of GI earth strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1chamber and MS angle iron frame of 40mmx40mm x3 mmand RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I and conected to earth test point including testing complete all as secified and directed.

M & L cleaning of area around two pole structure sub station, power house, pump house U/G sump area by surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm, averaging 15 cm deep and getting out removing shrubs, grass miniplants and other unwanted material, stones etc leveling complete all as directed. Note:- (i) The contractor shall use own T&P as required at site including safty measures.

M&L for replacement of power contactor 4 pole ,415 volts, 700 amps coil operating voltage 230 Volt AC, Make-INDOASIAN / L & T model MCX-46 or equivalent as in PS.

M&L for replacement of phase indication light LED type for LT/HT panels in three colours (R,Y,B) complete all as specified and dirtected.

Supply and fix in replacement digital type voltmeter 0-500 Volts with voltage selector switch having provision of wing type knob complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement digital type ammeter three phase 0-400 Amp with CT's 03 Nos and selector switch with wing type knob complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rubber mat (electrical insulation mat) of size 1Mtr X 2 Mtr and for voltage upto 11 KV make - Jyoti or as per PS .

Disconnecting of all electrical connection and opening of Automatic Servo voltage stabilizer, three phase, balanced load 300-480 volts and derive volts 400-440 volts, + 1.5 Volts, oil cooled, indoor type of capacity 400 KVA of Sinetrac make for repair /servicing and cleaning of parts and repairing the faults, re-assembling after replacement of following unserviceable/defective, worn out parts with new parts of same make / type / capacity reassembling , commissioning and testing on load complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old unserviceable parts to be replaced (including replacemrnt cost) will be measured and paid seperately.
