M&L 75 mm or less consolidated thickness premix bituminous macadam using binder paving bitumen grade VG-30 at the rate of 4% of total mix weight by using Hot mix plant for mixing and mechanical paver for laid/rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Work shall be executed as per approved design mix from NABL Govt approved lab /Govt Engg College as decided by GE. (ii) Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government.

M&L Providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen VG-30 and filler of cement @2% , using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Work shall be executed as per approved design mix from NABL Govt approved lab /Govt Engg College as decided by GE.Cement shall be used as fillar at minimum 2% by weight of total mix. In case of variation in the mix design in the percentage of fillar content on plus side, nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like in white/yellow shade on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Road marking work shall be carried out in accordance with manufacture's instructions and as specified. (ii) Refer MORTH specification of Para 803.4.2.1 and 800.4.2.2 on bituminous surface in white colour or yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 and MORTH specification Para 803.4.3.3

S&F in replacement of Duo directional Cat eye (Road studs) of size 100mmx110 mmx20 mm made up of weather resistant high impact plymer conforming to ASTMd 4280 and having electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating and fixed with 2 Nos of polymer shanks and epoxy adhesive conforming to IS complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Cat No DA-52 of Dark eye or Cat NO GPL-01-04 of Greens/Greenlite or equivalent as approved.

S&F in replacement of Solar studs made out of aluminium composite body having load capacity 20 tonne fixed with bright LED 3 Nos(RED) on each side, size 125mmx125mmx25mm and shank 65 mm with battery of Li/Cd and to be fixed using adhesive as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specifed and as directed. Make:- Cat Part No i Dhruv DA 110 of Darkeye or Cat part GPL -03-01 SRS BN of Greens/Greenlite or equivalent as approved.

M&L for plastic dividing strips/Road breaker 1.5 mm thick and inserted in position to conform to design as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of solar road delineator guide post made form mild steel with powder coating and reflective tape of height 800mm, thickness 30 mm, base depth 300 mm, reflective area 1.5x80mmx3 strip of pole black with white retro reflectors complete all as specified and directed.
